Poop 911 is EXTREMELY reliable. I used other services prior to finding them and I was paying for nothing! I was lucky if they showed once a month, yet they billed me for 4x. Very happy with the service we have been receiving, which is 1000x better than a previous company we had used. First, Poop 911 techs show up. Second, they show up on the days they are scheduled to show up, and if there is any problem, the company contacts me to let me know of any shift in schedule. Third, I always receive a text before the tech arrives, which is really important because we have challenging dogs and must ensure they are inside the house. Fourth, most techs (not all) do a thorough, thorough job. Lastly, it is easy to communicate with the franchise owner. Although the price is slightly higher than the previous service I used; it is well worth it.
