They come weekly to clean up dog waste in my yard. They are punctual, thorough and very nice people to do business with. They do a thorough job of cleaning up the yard waste. I use them because I’ve had four back surgeries and can’t do a lot of bending myself.

We are very happy with Poop 911. We used another well known service for years before them, and they were incredibly unreliable, not showing up when they were supposed to or at all, and still charging us for it. Our Poop 911 techs are great! They always text 10 minutes before they arrive, come on the assigned days, and do a great job. The few times they had to miss a day due to family emergency/conflicts, the main office communicated with us in a timely manner, and the billing was always correct. I have zero complaints to offer. Received this service for the first time last Friday. We usually take our dog out to potty but during the colder months, we just have him use the backyard as a bathroom. Due to this whole pandemic and social distancing, a clean backyard for my 2 small kids was essential. I would typically be the one to scour the back and pick up the poop, but it’s a little more difficult ow with an EXTREMELY clingy 1 year old. Fred was the gentleman who came to clean the backyard and let me tell you... he was extremely quiet. My usually super alert dog did not bark and go crazy when a stranger is near. I even had to call him and the company to see if he actually came and do the service, but he did and I’m pleased. I don’t know if it’s a 1 or 2 person job but it was swift, done in 15-20 mins. Price seems a little bit pricey compared to the the 2 other companies I looked into, but I trust it’s because it’s a through, quality job done. I haven’t had a chance to go out back and inspect due to the poor weather, but when I have a chance to I’ll update.

Still evaluating this service. They did respond quickly to add service but the first time I've been well enough to go outside and check that the yard is clean and found quite a lot of poop to the point I stepped in it. It's only been 3 to 4 days since the service, so I'll need to get out earlier in the week to verify they're actually performing the service I'm paying for. I have one dog and a good sized yard but the dog is on a tie out so his pllp may be concentrated in one region. It should in turn be easier to clean. I will re evaluate after rechecking.

Today the service worker left the poop in my driveway even though there was a trash can in the normal place as well as a trash can 30 feet away on the street. Very disappointed!!!
