Backyard time in West Falls can go from relaxing to “who forgot to check the lawn?” pretty fast, especially when rain, snowmelt, and spring growth all start trading places. Our local POOP 911 branch is locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, so we understand why a yard that looks fine from the back door can still hide a mess near the fence line or play area. In the Hamlet of West Falls, the day-to-day rhythm often includes home routines, errands through the Town of Aurora area, and family time outside, which is exactly why a cleaner yard matters before the weekend gets going.

Absolutely nothing !! After many occasions over 3 months notifying John that I only have 1 dog . He has continued to change my billing to 2 dogs randomly as hard as it is to recover from the loss of a loved family member. He sent me a text message that was unprofessional and disrespectful to me when I asked him to discontinue my services after this last over charge. Being treated this way is no way to run a business. I should not be made to feel bad for things that happened on a rare occasion when he continued to over charge me at will. Saying he couldn’t control the billing system. Especially when he had issues of his own that kept him from visiting the regular days for example saying it was going to snow when not a flake fell. Aldo complaining my grass was too long on occasions, reality is it was not cut because he didn’t show up the prior week when it is cut weekly by a service as well . Telling me that he had the right to charge me extra but never did. If this is what people get a nasty message longer than this when we leave your service I assure you I have no reason to ever recommend the service.
