We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
When the yard starts getting more traffic from dogs, kids, and weekend plans, pet waste can go from a small annoyance to the thing that makes the whole space feel off. That is exactly why our White Oak POOP 911 branch is locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, and why we focus on keeping the cleanup routine simple for real households. In a borough like White Oak, where families still make time for backyard play and park trips, a dependable scoop schedule helps keep the grass usable instead of always feeling one step behind.
White Oak Park gives local pet parents a good reminder of how quickly outdoor spaces get used around here. The park has trails, playgrounds, and a dog park, and those kinds of places usually translate into busy backyards too, especially when dogs come home with muddy paws, grass clippings, and plenty of energy to burn. Add in a routine of errands along local roads like Route 48 or trips through the McKeesport area, and it is easy for yard chores to slide until the weekend. Our recurring service helps take that pressure off by handling the mess before it turns into odor, flies, or the kind of step-in surprise nobody wants near the patio.
If your household is like many around White Oak, the backyard is not just a dog run. It is where the kids play after school, where the dog gets let out fast between errands, and where everyone ends up when the weather is decent. That is where recurring service really earns its keep. We stay on a regular schedule so waste does not build up in the high-use spots, along fence lines, or near the door where dogs circle most often. The first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, which makes it easier to get started without waiting for the yard to become a bigger project. The result is cleaner grass, less odor in warm weather, and more usable space when you want to relax outside instead of scanning the lawn first.
White Oak also sees the kind of mixed Western Pennsylvania weather that can make yard care feel inconsistent. Wet stretches can leave the ground softer and messier, while warmer days make odor show up faster and grass grow enough to hide what is underneath. When families are juggling school pickup, dinner, and evening dog breaks, cleanup often gets pushed later than planned. That is where a local Pooper Scooper Service fits real life. We show up on schedule, work around your routine, and help keep the yard ready for family time, quiet evenings, and those footloose and worry-free moments outside with the people and pets you care about most. If you want a cleaner backyard without one more chore hanging over the weekend, sign up with the White Oak team and let us keep the routine simple.

They come, clean hp, put the bags where they're supposed to and leave: you honestly don't even notice they're there - but like MAGIC and all the poop is picked up and gone! ♥️

I really wanted to love this service since i saw so many positive reviews, but it was just average. I ordered the initial first time clean up, (longer than 3 months) and hoped I would go out to a clean yard. The next morning i picked up about 1/2 poop bag. I also asked for the clean up to be left behind so I could see how much was picked up. Nothing was left. They couldn't have been there longer than 5-10 minutes and when I noticed him leaving i tried to catch him, but he didn't stop. Hoping my next experience is more positive.

Usually they get all of the poop, but this time, there was so much missed I had to do it myself. 😢 Very disappointed this week.

**Update, inconsistent with service. More than one occasion a technician "serviced" our yard but left piles all over the yard and yet I was charged for service. My first regular service, the tech was a no-show but I was charged for service I didnt receive. They gave me the following week at no charge. Then about a month ago I reached out because of poor service, they apologized and corrected the problem. 2 weeks later, poor service again. Emailed them to cancel service, got no response. I emailed them again a week later asking for confirmation of cancellation email and still have not heard back from them. They started out strong for our initial clean up but after that, I was not impressed. We had our initial clean this past week. Our poor yard had not been cleaned in months because of the weather (I know, gross). They came as scheduled, and cleaned everywhere! They even got all the waste under our gigantic trampoline. We are thrilled. Very nicely done.

This is seriously the best money I spend. The dogs are enjoying the yard and so are we, and we're don't have to worry about anything. No more aggravating my back and hips, no more begging the kids, no more worrying about mowing the lawn. This is my favour thing ever!! Walter does a fantastic job!! Thank you, Walter!!

You did an excellent job on the parts of yard you did, but I think there was some confusion about where you needed to pick up. We have three hillsides. One straight in back that the dogs use up on flat part. None of that got picked up. The other 2 hillsides are in the front which the electric fence doesn’t go to and also on the left side where the pagoda is at. These are the 2 Hills the dogs don’t use. I’m sure when you come next week and look you will realize what I’m talking about. Thank you!!

Had issues with my house being located after going thru in great detail a description along with the address. When I checked at the end of the day after the job was done I see that we still have to be cautious walking in the yard. For the price I was expecting better, will just add this job to our spring yard cleanup. Much happier, they came back today to take a second look and the job looks 100% better. Thank you for wanting to make things right, it makes a big difference in today's world.

Amazing. They always come and do a great job with clean up. We have had one instance of bad weather where they let us know they couldn’t make it and came the very next day. You get a receipt for each week of clean up immediately after they billed you. Plus they just charge your card. Super easy. I would recommend them!

The owner Alana is so sweet, and extremely helpful. The Scoopers do an amazing job, they are very fast, and you never know they were there other than the fact that there is 0 poop left. Very happy I found them
