Wasn’t sure how this would go, two dogs one of which is over 50lbs at 5 months old. Poop911 did not disappoint! The deodorant works instantly! They didn’t miss a spot! Highly recommend!
We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
Backyard cleanup can pile up fast when dogs are using the yard every day, especially when the weather flips between wet and warm and the lawn keeps changing on you. That is where our local POOP 911 branch comes in. We are locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, and we make recurring cleanup simple for Wyandanch households that want a cleaner yard without one more weekend chore waiting in the grass.
In a place like Wyandanch, where families move between home, errands, and nearby local destinations like Wyandanch Town Park and the Wyandanch area around the LIRR corridor, it is easy for yard care to slide to the bottom of the list. A dog can leave a little behind every day, then a stretch of rain or fast grass growth makes it harder to spot. Regular service helps keep that from turning into a bigger job later, which is why many pet parents use the POOP 911 routine to stay ahead of buildup instead of chasing it.
For Wyandanch pet parents, the biggest payoff is often simple, more usable backyard space. If the kids want to play, guests are coming over, or you just want to let the dog out without scanning every square foot first, recurring service keeps the yard more comfortable to use. That matters in a busy household where the backyard might be part play area, part dog run, and part last stop before everyone heads back inside.
We also know that pet waste is easier to manage when it is handled on a regular schedule rather than left for a catch-up day. In warmer stretches, odor becomes more noticeable. After wet weather, soft ground and muddy spots can make cleanup feel messier than it needs to be. A steady visit plan helps keep the grass cleaner, cuts down on step-in surprises, and makes it easier to enjoy the yard without that “we should really take care of this” feeling hanging over the weekend.
Our service is built for real life. We show up on a recurring schedule, work around the parts of the yard that get used most, and help keep things manageable for families who would rather spend time outside than chasing after cleanup. The first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, which makes it easier to get started and reset the yard before the regular visits begin. If you want a convenient, reliable way to keep your outdoor space in better shape, reach out to the Wyandanch POOP 911 team and let us help you keep the yard footloose and worry-free.

Terrible customer service. I have tried to cancel this service for three weeks now and no longer have a dog. I am unable to access their website, left several messages also replied to their text when they are on their way, saying that I no longer need their services because I do not have any pets! But they are still trying to bill me , please be aware of their sham of a business. Replying to business: please learn how to read, I stated I no longer have a dog and my service was not cancelled when asked, nor did I hear from anyone from your business after multiple contacts. I received a bill today! Please look into your system.

As someone who gets home too late in the day to want to go outside and pick up after my dog, this is an amazing service. Another issue is my dog is large and his bowls are loose so it's very messy to deal with. I can't thank them enough.

I signed up for this service with the need for assistance in keeping my backyard clean. The initial visit was supposed to be free. They texted me they would be there and then never showed up. A technician showed up a week later, left his car running in front of my house with the music blasting, and was in my yard for maybe 10 minutes before he left. I was charged for the visit, and for a second visit for which they never showed up. You are unable to remove your credit card from the website as it states it is in autopay and can’t be removed. So these people continue to bill you for services that were never rendered, and do not answer phones, e-mails, etc. This business is a scam and I would stay far away. I desperately needed this service as a full time working single parent and instead got scammed. Hope you all feel really good about yourselves, taking money from people without working for it. Disgusting.

Rediculous, don't waste your time. Unprofessional. I have THREE great danes, and the last visit she was here FIVE MINUTES. after sending an email, they apologized and didn't charge me for that visit. However, sent the same person back for the following visit, and she was here maybe ten minutes, video taping or face timing someone my yard while she was cleaning as to prove a point. I went out after she left and there was tons of mess still out there. Not worth the aggravation with this place.

Only removed waste from my grass. Paid extra to remove waste from rocky areas and it clearly was not done. Tried calling to speak to someone about the service and no one answers. I have left numerous voicemails and no response. And the first service was supposed to be free and I was charged for it.

I like the service but if they don't get better I will cancel service

Reasonable cost. They tried hard to accommodate my specific schedule. No one showed for the first week of service. I am not sure what happened and no explanation was given but they came the following week and the yard was thoroughly cleaned. Downside is it can be slow to communicate when you need to adjust your service. In general, be aware that these services (like landscapers) will change your day according to the weather. Otherwise, happy with the friendly people in the office and Francesca, my technician. Update: After establishing a regular schedule service has been reliable.

I don’t know what’s going on but I’ve been charged for services without anyone actually coming by to render these services. No one has returned my calls or responded to my emails.
