I’ve had Poop 911 for over a year now & they are fantastic!!!! Their team is prompt & thorough with communication. I am always notified ahead of time prior to them arriving so I can ensure my dog isn’t in the backyard & they always let me know when they have finished. My gate has always been closed & locked after they’re done! Love love love them! Highly recommend!!!!

Wonderful service and staff!

Chad helped us move some packages that got delivered for the holiday after we already left town and was a huge lifesaver. Everything has been great about this company’s service!

They always let me know when they will be arriving shortly so I can make sure the dogs are not in the backyard. They are good with making sure the gate is closed behind them and do a thorough job. They also have the option of taking the waste with them so I don't have to keep it in our trash can...which is excellent. Worth the extra cost!

I will say Poop911 does a great job on my yard. My puppy is a poop eater so this is a necessity for us. They communicate very well with me and the boss has been great. They mathematically scour the yard so as to not miss anything. I would highly recommend them to all!

Most of the time, I don't even know they've been here until the email they send when they're finished. They are all friendly when we do see them. I wish everyone a blessed holiday.

Having 3 dogs it’s hard to keep up with keeping the yard clean along with everything else the rest of what a normal day brings. Being able to come home to a clean yard is priceless & they also have very reasonable prices 😉

Literal gave changer! They have given me my backyard back and made it a place that I love to spend time in instead of avoid. For less than a starbucks latte they pop in and do a full clean sweep and turn me and my babygirl Fancy’s backyard back into a perfect playground instead of a field of landmines! Possibly the single best life choice i’ve ever made! This is such a great company with truly great, professional, friendly, dog lovin people who I am so grateful for.

Absolutely stunned at the results. So freaking clean. I can’t lie, my yard was BAD! After he left, it was shocking how clean it was. I’m pretty sure even my neighbors will be happy about this. I know my pups are.

This service is great! Besides helping us, they were very responsive to the initial contact and did a great job. She even did it in the rain.

We've been using this service for years now, first with our two old dogs that have since passed, and now with our new dog (who was an unexpected addition to the family).

The service person is always on time, gives us notice when they're coming and lets us know when they're done. They do a great job in a messy business 😆.

March 2025 edit: Poop911 continues to disarm our dog's stinky landmines on a regular basis. Still one of the greatest quality-of-life services to ever exist for dog owners.

These guys are great. The yard looks amazing when they leave and the communicate every step of the way.

Makes life SO much easier!!! We got 2 big dogs & a toddler, so now that the weather is better we want our kiddo to play in the backyard again, without having to be scared that she steps on dog poop. They do such a good and thorough job, so thank you Poop 911!

Edit: Within an hour of all of this management called me and essentially echoed my feelings without me prompting anything. The person that I had a problem with is new (very obviously new to customer service in general, in my opinion) and has been corrected. I consider this resolved.

I've had this service for a few months. Until today I've been very happy with it.

I received a text message stating they couldn't provide the service due to "the amount of snow" in my yard. Nearly all the snow in my yard is gone...

When I challenged it the person said it was actually because the ground was frozen, they can't pick up the poop like that, and only at that point told me that I'm not being charged for the visit.

If I can do it, the people I'm paying can also do it. I don't know their policies, that should be communicated upfront. I don't know if I'm being charged, that should be communicated upfront.

Communication needs to be a priority. Period.

We arranged for Poop911 to come out when we spent a week at a dog-friendly AirBnB.
