Horrible customer service, getting a response is very difficult if changes ever need to be made to the account. I canceled services and they still sent someone weeks later and charged me. Still trying to get a refund. You'd be better off just hiring someone local to do it and I'm sure it would be much cheaper as well.

We just started using poop 911 last week, And they have given us exceptional service. We have two German shepherds That like to poop a lot, And they leave the yard free and clear poop every time.

Sure easy and convenient, I work 6 days a week and keeping up with the yard from 2 big dogs can get out of hand easily. I have them come help 2x weekly and it saves me time. Thank you!

Poop 911 has been great at keeping our yard mess free. The tech that visits us bi-weekly is professional, kind and great with our dogs.

As long as the weather permits he comes he notifies you that he's coming the company does that as well when he leaves he's gone he's not here for long and I love the service his personality is great what more can I say the company is good as well they keep you notified and updated as long as weather permits regardless they still keep you updated and notified

The service itself is acceptable, but the customer service has been extremely poor. I have called multiple times regarding service and billing issues, yet no one has returned my calls or responded to my BBB complaint. Most days, only my front yard is serviced even though I signed up for both front and back yard coverage. I also paid extra for waste removal, but on several occasions I witnessed the technician throwing the waste into my personal trash can instead of removing it. I have been charged for visits on multiple dates when no one showed up to service the yard.

Three weeks without service and still no response from anyone. After receiving a text that my technician was on the way on a day I wasn’t scheduled, I reached out and was told my yard had been added because they were already servicing someone nearby. Since then, I’ve received no service at all. I’ve texted my local representative, who said she contacted the office. I’ve called the 800 number twice. I’ve received zero callbacks and zero answers. Mistakes happen. Ignoring customers who are trying to figure out why they haven’t received service for weeks is a different issue altogether. At this point, I’d just like someone from the company to explain what happened and when my service will resume.

I called to schedule service, paid for it, and was told my service would be done on 6/11. This was also confirmed via text message with date and service to be rendered. On 6/11 around 3pm I had not heard anything from my technician so I called poop911. Sophie then told me that I was incorrect, and my appointment was not for another 6 days, the coming Wednesday. She then told me that she "verified with a technician" I was called on 6/10 at time of purchase and told that my service would not be done on 6/11. This never happened. I would move on to the next company if I was looking for pet pickup services, as this is not the one to use.

Beware! Their website says "There is no contract, no commitment, and there is never a cancelation fee." but they're trying to charge me a fee to cancel. When I pointed out that their website says this, I was told this doesn't apply to me. I'll be taking my business elsewhere just as soon as they let me cancel because they're also not very good at picking up poop.

We’ve been using this service for just over a year now. It’s literally a life saver for us! With our busy family dynamics, we would not be able to maintain our yard pickups without the help of our fantastic representative Edith, who has shown a remarkable commitment to maintaining our backyard clean by showing excellent attendance, thoroughness of cleanings and clear and continuous communication on any schedule updates or inquiries I may have. This service has been well worth the price and we will continue to utilize them.

I have used Poop911 for years. I typically do not have issues with them - they send a text or email saying they're on their way, and then a receipt when they're done. They even go along the side of my house up to my front porch because that's the route my dog was walking. However, I have now called twice in the last few weeks to try to cancel my service. Each time I am told someone will return my call, the second time I was told within one business day, but I don't hear from anyone. My 14 year old dog died and I'm grieving but keep having to try and make these phone calls and repeat that he's gone so that they stop coming and I stop getting charged. I've even reached out via email. How many times will I have to reach out before it actually gets cancelled? We'll see. I have had issues trying to communicate with the office in the past, so I can't say I'm surprised, but this just really sucks.

We have been trying to sign up for 2 weeks now. Cannot schedule service through sign up process.. getting daily emails saying we partly signed up.. happily took my credit card info.. Portal worked 2 days ago.. today it says that no locations available for service. Cannot call the number provided it immediately hangs up. Is this a legit company or just a scam. Account is under my wifes name I am just trying to figure out what the deal is.

Great service! Keeps you informed of the schedule to clean your yard. Conscious of gate closures, etc. In and out of your yard quickly and quietly.

Horrible. Save your money and customer service. First service they never showed up and you cannot contact their office or owner , second service they decided to show up with an hour notice and then didn't even do everything I paid for like hose down service. Was told someone will call me, by the tech, and no one calls. Today was the third service which they make mandatory and only tell up after you sign up...and again ...few min notice ....and no hose down service ...but charged for it . You email them ...no response ...you call and goes to voicemail everyone. Horrible business.

I really like this service. Never thought it would be something I needed. Now, I can not go without it.

Maybe other Chicago locations are better, but the branch serving Crystal Lake is terrible - I believe it’s Barrington. They have now missed my service for 2 weeks. The first week I got zero response to my phone calls or emails. Week 2 I received an email saying they would be coming Tuesday, when they didn’t show, I was then told they would be coming Friday. I’m now again attempting to get a hold of them. They only showed up successfully for the first initial visit, and then one visit after that (which was originally missed and then had to be rescheduled twice). I do not recommend them unless you want no one to show up and to spend many attempts trying to get someone to answer a phone call or email

First day scheduleed no show ,call or email. Finally got ahold of someone after i called three times. They rescheduled for Friday but never showed. Horrible experience. I'm going elsewhere.

I just got a email with the receipt from today, with no email saying “heading your way” I had been sitting at my table that faces the yard… but I thought maybe I just didn’t see her. So I went into my yard - which is difficult for me to do because I am handicapped. I’m EXTREMELY UPSET. I have two dogs. I’m attaching pictures of my yard. I took so many that I couldn’t upload them all. There are so many disgusting pictures . There are really old ones that are practically disintegrating… I took a total of 28 pictures. I had reached out to you on 1/13 and 1/23 already with my concerns and my concerns were validated by the looks of my yard. Not only did I not receive today’s service, but was charged for it. By the looks of it have not received service in at least a month!!!!!!!!!! I want someone to come out tomorrow- Tuesday and clean up my yard. And I want a refund from the last 3 visits. As I stated prior, I rely heavily upon this service. I need to be able to depend on you doing your job. Thank you *** As of Tuesday 9:00 I have not heard anything from them.

I absolutely love the service. I dont know how I survived cleaning up my own yard before I became a customer. My service person is always on time and keeps great communication with me because my dogs can't be out when he comes, they are protection trained and extremely protective of our property and family. Poop 911 has taken the stress and work off me. I'll never go back.

Terrible company!!!!!!! I've only had experience with the Barrington franchise and it is a total scam. I've left emails and voicemails, nobody will pick up my calls. There are no options to cancel. I will be reporting this business to the BBB as well. This is an incompetent and irresponsible company. The owner,Joshua (according to the website) should be ashamed.
