Poop 91- came and cleaned up my yard for me. They were responsive , in time and best of all, the first time was free.
We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
If the yard is where your dog runs first and your family relaxes later, poop piles up faster than most people expect. That is especially true in a place like Bedford Park, where pet parents are often balancing busy routines, quick errands, and the simple hope of getting a clean backyard moment without one more chore waiting outside. Our Bedford Park POOP 911 branch is locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, and we focus on the kind of cleanup that makes daily yard use easier, not just cleaner on paper.
Recurring cleanup helps when the same spots get used over and over. Dogs usually pick a favorite stretch along the fence line, a corner near the gate, or the patch of grass they hit after breakfast. A single missed visit can turn into a bigger mess by the end of the week, especially when rain, heat, or fast grass growth make waste harder to spot. With scheduled service, we keep up with the routine before it turns into odor, muddy paw traffic, or a weekend job you did not want in the first place.
For many pet parents in the Bedford Park area, the goal is simple, more usable outdoor space. Maybe the kids want to play for a few minutes after school, maybe you are trying to keep the patio cleaner before guests show up, or maybe your dog is using the same side yard every day and leaving a trail behind. That is where consistent Dog Poop Pick Up Services make a difference. We help keep the high-use parts of the yard ready for normal life, so you can step outside without scanning every square foot first.
We also know convenience matters. A recurring visit works well when your schedule is already packed with work, errands, and family stuff. You do not need to carve out time to search the yard, bag waste, or keep reminding yourself to do it after dinner. The first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, which makes it easier to get started and get ahead of the buildup right away. From there, the service stays simple and reliable, with a regular rhythm that fits the way real pet households actually use their yards.
If you want a cleaner lawn, fewer step-in surprises, and less odor hanging around warm-weather afternoons, we can help. POOP 911 is here for pet parents who want a practical solution that keeps up with everyday dog life. Reach out to our Bedford Park team to set up recurring service and enjoy more footloose and worry-free time in your yard with family and friends.

I was going to use them one time and cancel the service just to be honest. But I had to keep them. Great service. I was very surprised there was nothing left on my lawn. I forgot I had dogs. They sent a text letting me know that they were on their way. I would like to see a text when the job is complete. But I am really impressed. Highly recommend.

Edith does a great job! She comes consistently 2 times per week and has never missed a day. A couple of times my daughter has let the dogs without realizing she was working in the yard and she handled 4 charging retrievers like a pro! I definitely recommend Edith and PoOP 911 Chicago.

This service has helped keep my yard clean for almost 2 years. I would recommend this service. The only thing that bothers me is some times they provide changes late through an email.

Super happy we found Poop 911 (Not a sentence I thought I would ever be writing). They have been excellent, always doing a great job and showing up when they are supposed to, which sadly many others do not do. I highly recommend them.

One of the best services I have. No worries anymore. They text when they are on their way. If the schedule changes due to weather or vacation we know in advance. No complaints and I’ve been using their service for about 2 years now.

I scheduled an appointment with this company to come and clean up my yard. Had a scheduled appointment for Feb 8 and they never came out and I haven’t heard from the company. I think this company is a scam. Revise Review: The company did finally came out a month later. They do a great job. I would recommend this company. Jonathan is the technician that come out is very professional. He lets me know when he is on the way and when he finishes. I have to give this company 5 stars.

I purchased the service as a Christmas gift for my niece. For the past month no one has shown up and they continue to charge my credit card, even though I have called 3x to report the lack of service. The last time, which was a week ago, I told them to just cancel the service. They said ok and no one showed up but they STILL CHARGED ME. They don't have any contact info on their website, nor can you ask a question.

We have utilized this service for many years and the service has always been excellent until the last few weeks. No one has been servicing our yard and we have not received any answers to our phone call and email as to why they just stopped coming. I really felt this was a great company so I find it sad that I have to revise my opinion of their work ethic and the value they place in long term clients.

I had scheduled a yard clean-up for 5 dogs twice a week. They didnt show up for the "free" initial clean-up on Thursday the 5th. Its now Monday the 9th at 330pm and still not here for the 2nd scheduled appt , and ive called them about 6 times and left 4 or 5 messages. No answer and No returned call, dont deal with them, bad business practice. Apparently they cant handle the job. I work from home, i needed a little help with thw yard since it gets dark early, now i have to stop doing my job to keep up on the yard. Find a different service this one is bad!!

I used them for 3+ years. The past year I had several new technicians and several times where I was charged and no service was provided. It’s very difficult to get ahold of them. When I did they told me they would provide the next service free of charge. Well they didn’t. So I was stuck with paying and poop over piling in my yard. The last visit was with a technician who LEFT MY GATE OPEN, leading to my dog getting out later that day and BITING someone- I obviously cancelled my service immediately. I am still very upset that this happened. In the search of a new and reliable company.

Really needed this service since husband is really sick in the hospital and son is away at school. They did a terrible job the 1st time they came out to clean. Left my gate open, luckily my dogs didn't get out of the yard . Once I went out in the yard to see the work, I found some areas of the yard wasn't touched. Called the office and was told the guy was new, but he would be back Tuesday (1st service was on Friday). Well Tuesday arrived an when I got home I still saw poop in areas of the yard. My dogs are put away while the service is going on so, this was old poop. Looking for a new service. Won't cancel until then.

I have used this service for over 3 years and it has been a yard saver!!! They come and clean the yard and ALWAYS make sure that the gate is secure when they leave. I would recommend this service to anyone with dogs.

POOP 911 has drastically gone downhill. If you use their service, I suggest you go check your yard. I have been being charged weekly for maintenance baths..years…services that I have not been getting. They charged me $40 Saturday and told me that my yard was clean. I picked up over 200 piles of dog waste in my yard. And now it’s been days and guess what they haven’t gotten back to me. Attached are the photos of the two large boxes of dog waste I picked up Sunday after they said they were at my house Saturday and charged me $40. I suggest you go elsewhere. Beware of their portal as well. It will not let you delete your payment method. Christine
