Poop 91- came and cleaned up my yard for me. They were responsive , in time and best of all, the first time was free.
We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
When dog waste starts piling up in the same corners of the yard, it can turn a simple step outside into a chore nobody wants to start. That is exactly why our Bedford Park, Illinois branch offers a Dog Poop Service that is locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families. We help keep the yard cleaner so you can use it more often, without having to work around the same mess every few days.
For many pet parents in the Bedford Park area, the problem is not just one accident. It is the slow buildup that happens around fence lines, along side yards, near patios, and in the spots your dog uses most. Add in mixed weather, muddy paws, and a busy weekly routine, and cleanup can fall behind fast. Recurring service keeps that from snowballing. We show up on a set schedule, handle the dirty part, and leave you with a yard that is easier to enjoy.
If your family is using the backyard for play time, letting the dog out between errands, or getting ready for guests, a recurring plan can make a real difference. The first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, which helps you get started with a fresh baseline instead of waiting until the mess feels overwhelming. After that, routine visits help reduce odor, cut down on step-in surprises, and make the grass more usable for kids, pets, and anyone who wants to relax outside without scanning the ground first.
This is also a good fit for homes around Bedford Park where the yard gets used in short bursts throughout the week. Maybe the dog uses one favorite bathroom spot. Maybe there is a narrow side yard that sees a lot of traffic. Maybe the patio and play area need to stay presentable because family time happens outside as soon as the weather cooperates. Whatever the layout, regular service helps stay ahead of buildup before it turns into a bigger job.
We keep the service simple and dependable because that is what pet parents actually need. You do not have to remember one more chore, and you do not have to carve out time after work just to walk the yard with a bag in hand. We take care of the cleanup, so your outdoor space is ready for normal life again. That means less weekend chore pressure, fewer lingering smells in warm weather, and more footloose and worry-free time with the people and pets who live there.
If you want a cleaner yard without adding another task to your week, our Bedford Park, Illinois Dog Poop Service is ready to help. Sign up for recurring service and let us keep the yard in better shape for everyday use, family time, and the dog who thinks the best spot in the house is the one outside. The local POOP 911 team makes it easy to stay ahead of the mess, one visit at a time.

I was going to use them one time and cancel the service just to be honest. But I had to keep them. Great service. I was very surprised there was nothing left on my lawn. I forgot I had dogs. They sent a text letting me know that they were on their way. I would like to see a text when the job is complete. But I am really impressed. Highly recommend.

Edith does a great job! She comes consistently 2 times per week and has never missed a day. A couple of times my daughter has let the dogs without realizing she was working in the yard and she handled 4 charging retrievers like a pro! I definitely recommend Edith and PoOP 911 Chicago.

I can't recommend Poop 911 enough! Their service has been a game changer for our family. From the moment I contacted them, the staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive. Scheduling was a breeze, and they always arrive on time. The team does a fantastic job of thoroughly cleaning up our yard, leaving it spotless and odor-free. It’s such a relief not to have to worry about dog waste anymore, and it gives us more time to enjoy our outdoor space with our furry friends. Their pricing is very reasonable for the level of service provided, and I appreciate their commitment to environmentally friendly practices. This service has helped keep my yard clean for almost 2 years. I would recommend this service. The only thing that bothers me is some times they provide changes late through an email.

Super happy we found Poop 911 (Not a sentence I thought I would ever be writing). They have been excellent, always doing a great job and showing up when they are supposed to, which sadly many others do not do. I highly recommend them.

One of the best services I have. No worries anymore. They text when they are on their way. If the schedule changes due to weather or vacation we know in advance. No complaints and I’ve been using their service for about 2 years now.

I scheduled an appointment with this company to come and clean up my yard. Had a scheduled appointment for Feb 8 and they never came out and I haven’t heard from the company. I think this company is a scam. Revise Review: The company did finally came out a month later. They do a great job. I would recommend this company. Jonathan is the technician that come out is very professional. He lets me know when he is on the way and when he finishes. I have to give this company 5 stars.

I purchased the service as a Christmas gift for my niece. For the past month no one has shown up and they continue to charge my credit card, even though I have called 3x to report the lack of service. The last time, which was a week ago, I told them to just cancel the service. They said ok and no one showed up but they STILL CHARGED ME. They don't have any contact info on their website, nor can you ask a question.

We have utilized this service for many years and the service has always been excellent until the last few weeks. No one has been servicing our yard and we have not received any answers to our phone call and email as to why they just stopped coming. I really felt this was a great company so I find it sad that I have to revise my opinion of their work ethic and the value they place in long term clients.

I had scheduled a yard clean-up for 5 dogs twice a week. They didnt show up for the "free" initial clean-up on Thursday the 5th. Its now Monday the 9th at 330pm and still not here for the 2nd scheduled appt , and ive called them about 6 times and left 4 or 5 messages. No answer and No returned call, dont deal with them, bad business practice. Apparently they cant handle the job. I work from home, i needed a little help with thw yard since it gets dark early, now i have to stop doing my job to keep up on the yard. Find a different service this one is bad!!

I used them for 3+ years. The past year I had several new technicians and several times where I was charged and no service was provided. It’s very difficult to get ahold of them. When I did they told me they would provide the next service free of charge. Well they didn’t. So I was stuck with paying and poop over piling in my yard. The last visit was with a technician who LEFT MY GATE OPEN, leading to my dog getting out later that day and BITING someone- I obviously cancelled my service immediately. I am still very upset that this happened. In the search of a new and reliable company.

Really needed this service since husband is really sick in the hospital and son is away at school. They did a terrible job the 1st time they came out to clean. Left my gate open, luckily my dogs didn't get out of the yard . Once I went out in the yard to see the work, I found some areas of the yard wasn't touched. Called the office and was told the guy was new, but he would be back Tuesday (1st service was on Friday). Well Tuesday arrived an when I got home I still saw poop in areas of the yard. My dogs are put away while the service is going on so, this was old poop. Looking for a new service. Won't cancel until then.

I have used this service for over 3 years and it has been a yard saver!!! They come and clean the yard and ALWAYS make sure that the gate is secure when they leave. I would recommend this service to anyone with dogs.

POOP 911 has drastically gone downhill. If you use their service, I suggest you go check your yard. I have been being charged weekly for maintenance baths..years…services that I have not been getting. They charged me $40 Saturday and told me that my yard was clean. I picked up over 200 piles of dog waste in my yard. And now it’s been days and guess what they haven’t gotten back to me. Attached are the photos of the two large boxes of dog waste I picked up Sunday after they said they were at my house Saturday and charged me $40. I suggest you go elsewhere. Beware of their portal as well. It will not let you delete your payment method. Christine
