I signed up on a Saturday of a holiday weekend and they were going to be here on Tuesday! They showed up exactly as promised, got the entire back yard and were gone before I knew it! Got EVERYTHING! They offer several different plans, and they are very accommodating if you ever need more or less service or if you need to skip a visit. The service tech calls ahead to let you know when they will arrive, which is awesome. Kya, our tech, is great. She does a fantastic job, and I am so grateful. This is probably one of the best things I ever did. I kept asking myself if it was worth it for about a year before I finally caved. I wish I had done it sooner. With two large dogs, (especially in the winter time) I am so grateful I’m not doing it. I also love having a poop free yard for my kids to play in.

I had scheduled my first appointment and I have been waiting around all day because of course they don’t give you a time they just give you a day and no one showed. I randomly get a text saying hey we’re rescheduling and basically our repeat customers are more important than our new customers so we can reschedule you. The manager sent me text messages that were incredibly weird and did not make any sense and then when she called me, she had an awful attitude and I told her to just cancel everything and I wasn’t impressed. She told me that my yard was going to take multiple hours when she hasn’t even seen the yard and doesn’t know how long I’ve had my dog and that if they needed to do it one time they would charge me $120 when the weekly fee is about $15. Please don’t use the service from here. There are other services that can be used that have way better customer service. They are extremely unprofessional.

I chose 3 times a week, they text me when they are in route to my home to make sure she won't be in the yard. Terrible service they have left my gate open twice my dogs have escaped god forbid something would’ve happened to them. They also routinely will not show up due to bad weather when it will just be a dark cloud in the sky. They also change your service days around every other month. Don’t waste your money or your sanity dealing with this business. And as you can see from all the replies to the one star ratings the owner is rude and inconsiderate. My dogs could’ve been killed or lost forever due to your employees negligence.I have several messages Rachel from missed days of service saying your employees didn’t have time or weren’t coming due to weather at the very end of the day that was non existent all day long. Your customer service sucks & you should really learn how to speak to customers in a friendly manner when you’re running a business.
