A month ago I booked online and was told I would receive a call to schedule for weekly service. They took my card info and charged me and I have received 0 calls, text, and emails. I have called to cancel 7 times now with no help. They say all they can do is forward the message, they don’t do anything. they can’t cancel or book anything no sure what there job even is other to answer the phone and say I can’t do anything. There is no corporate number I asked what the point of their job even is and it’s to forward messages to someone who will never contact you. What a joke of a business. And sorry excuse of a franchise. I have never talked to so many useless “employees” in my life.
