***Update So far awesome... well worth it....*** Although my experience started off very pleasant it ended very badly. the technician we had always seemed to come around the same time in the beginning and we were able to make sure to close the door even before the dogs knew he was there, we also stated that before he went back there he should knock on the door to let us know he was here . on this particular day i was working from home, i had made sure the door closed, it had been closed since 6am, after 745am came around i opened the back door so the dogs could go outside and go potty since they had eaten earlier. well he came a little later then normal, and the dogs went running out when he came into the backyard and scared him really bad, which i really don't blame him for being scared and upset. but the way he got so upset and talked to me was very unprofessional, He stated that "WE" knew he comes over on Thursdays and that is true, BUT it use to always be between 6 and 630- then it started changing , we could have set up something so you could let us know you were here, i am really sorry that he had to be scared and understand why he was upset but he could have walked away calmed down and spoke with me at a professional level. you work in a environment that is going to be around dogs, maybe you should take the time to get to know them? or at least let someone know when you are going to be there so they can prepare? i cant keep my dogs in all day, communication could have saved a lot of trouble and this could have easily been avoided , Very disappointing! But in the end you were very disrespectful, yelling at customers does not work out well. next time please calm down and talk things out before being so angry, if anything walk away for a second.

Edit: I had a nice young man call and say they would come make this situation correct. Not 5 minutes later an angry owner called to say he would be removing us from the list. Apparently, they do not appreciate people telling the truth about their service, so now I will leave this same review on every platform I can. I would stay far away from this company.... I hired this company to clean up after two dogs 3x’s per week. They only go in an enclosed dog run, so it should be one of the easiest jobs ever. I’m lucky to see them once a week! And last night they charged me for service, so I thought “oh good, they finally showed”. Woke up this morning to see the same pile up that’s been there all week. When you call the number listed, nothing but run around and voicemails. This could be a great service if executed correctly, but I’m getting increasingly frustrated with this company, and will be looking for a replacement.

I have to big dogs, more like horses, they leave enough behind to intimidate the most seasond picker upper. Poop 911 doesn’t skirt the job even when said mountains were solid ice and needed to be chipped out of the ground. Always friendly with the dogs and their professionalism is wonderful. I highly recommend them.
