We hired POOP 911. They showed up for the "initial cleaning" that was over $100, but never showed up again. We called each time and were promised they would come and clean, but NEVER showed up! The most recent event... they charged me but nobody came to clean up our yard. We called them AGAIN... they apologized and promised to have someone show up Saturday but as you can guess, nobody showed. Be careful of this company, feels like a scam to me! They will charge you but not show up to perform the service.

They used to be great. I’ve used this company at two different homes now and while our experience at our first home was extraordinary, our current experience continues to lack in communication and consistency. We restarted service early December and while the first service went fine, every week after has either been days late, or skipped entirely. While life, weather or holidays happen - all I’ve asked of the owner, Jory, is to communicate these delays or needing to skip services. I would’ve been entirely satisfied if a quick text, call or email would’ve gone out and said: “we are unable to scoop the yard this week on your scheduled day due to XYZ, we will be out (next week/in two days/ etc.).” However, I’ve had to reach out each time to ask for an explanation.. every week. I’ve explicitly asked Jory to communicate and have told him it would go miles in terms of our experience with Poop911 but he continues to refuse to be proactive but instead reactive in his communication. And to top it all off, prices have increased in the new year. So while I would normally be okay with an increase for compensation of the techs and their time…. Jory hasn’t improved the quality of his overall service and customers will continue to suffer. Jory, I’m just asking for you to communicate proactively…

Changing my review from 5 stars because it started off great and now here we are a couple months later and my tech Nick has failed to keep good communication with me. I’ve been charged my card times he hasn’t came, won’t text back if I have asked if he has came to clean the yard, no heads up texts on when he’s going to stop by anymore. Just turned very unprofessional. Might have to stop the service if this continues.

I signed up for the dog waste removal online and had it scheduled for twice a week clean up starting on Tuesday and again on Fridays. Tuesday came and went and my yard was not cleaned up but, they charged me on my credit card. I called and left a message and I have yet to hear back from anyone. At this point I would not recommend using. Very disappointing.

This company is Great!!! I was sole caregiver to my spouse for several years. Then I went through major surgery. I’m now going through a long recovery in a wheelchair. I was and still am unable to get to my yard to clean up after my fur baby. This company has taken care of my yard for years.They serviced both a yard of 5000 square feet of grass, and now my tiny yard. They are providing a healthy environment for all of my family! (To be honest, I would use Poop 911, even if I could take care of it myself)!!

Wow is all I can say. They did a fantastic job, I didn't even hear them come or go, I don't think my dogs even heard them. Then later that day, I got a call telling me that my price for my initial cleanup was gonna be lowered more than 50%, because there wasn't as much waste as they expected. How often do you get a call that your cost is going down after the work is completed? That was a first for me. I won't go anywhere else now. Poop911 is a great company. Very satisfied customer!

We've been using this company for a while now. We've had a couple different people out to do the work. All of them wonderful. One guy even secured our gate when the latch broke (my fault the week previous). I didn't think about it, but he was concerned about my dog. They come every Tuesday normally, I noticed they watch the weather and will jump up a day or two to avoid snow. Perfect! Thank you!
