Dont show up half the time but always charge us. When we try to call always get a machine with no call back. Service used to be great but in last 6 months gone down hill dramatically!

On several occasions Poop911 has billed me for service that they did not complete. I understand that sometimes services must be rescheduled, but I don’t understand not informing me then billing me for the service anyway. They have never offered me anything for the inconvenience. They always just say (via email) that they won’t bill me for the next service, as though they are giving me something, but all this means is that I’ve paid in advance for the service. I fear that I’ve been billed for some services that were never done and I didn’t catch the error. I should not feel this way, I should be able to trust that the vendor has billed me appropriately. I have asked them to have someone call me and discuss this matter, but I have yet to receive a phone call, and I’ve made this request of them several times over several months. AGAIN...please call me to discuss.

Last pickup was supposed to be Friday June 28th, as of today (July 1st), still no service. I wish the pickups were as consistent as the billing.

I have scheduled services every two weeks and every two weeks I get charged but no one comes. I have to send an email to get someone to come. Not reliable at all.

Overall, I am extremely sarisfied with the service my technician provides. There were a few initial misunderstandings with the office. I didn't like the fact that I called and asked for a call back, but was emailed. And when I emailed back, instead of addressing my concerns, they were more concerned with bad mouthing the tech. Would definitely recommend for service, not employment.

This company is a God send! I have 3 big dogs, work full time, a single mother of a busy 2 year old and also take care of my mother who became disabled 2 years ago. I’m the only one in our household who was physically able to go outside, but became difficult with my busy lifestyle. I found Poop 911 through a Google search and I’m so happy I did. They are professional, timely, cost efficient and hardly make a peep when they are here. I would recommend them to anyone who needs the extra help to keep their yard clean!

He came out today and did an OUTSTANDING job! I have two dogs and it was such a mess back there. We were out of town for an extended period of time and needed to get someone out before we got home. Two dogs, 10 days of no clean up- you can imagine how bad this would have been to come home to. I don't know how they don't miss a spot (poop)! They're truly professionals. Every time they come, my yard looks like a dog was never there. I have a 105lb lab so you can imagine how my yard looks if I don't pick up after him. Yet, Poop911 manages to make it look perfect!
