On time, and very thorough!
We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
When a backyard gets used every day, pet waste has a way of showing up right when you want the grass to be open for kids, dogs, and a quick dinner outside. In Hoffman Estates, where the Village notes there are more than 26 miles of on-street and off-street bike paths and a strong network of walking routes, it is easy for family routines to spill into the yard after school, after errands, or after a walk. That is where the local POOP 911 branch, locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, makes life simpler with recurring cleanups that keep your outdoor space ready for real use.
For many households, the hardest part is not knowing if there is waste in the yard, it is trying to stay ahead of it when the week gets busy. If you have a dog that uses the same favorite spot by the fence, a patio area that sees constant foot traffic, or a side yard that gets hit every time the leash comes off, regular service helps keep the mess from turning into a weekend project. Our first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, so you can start with a fresh baseline and immediately see what a cleaner yard feels like.
Hoffman Estates families often juggle school runs, commuting, shopping, and outdoor time in the same day, and that can make yard cleanup easy to postpone. The Village’s transportation pages also point to Pace bus service, park-and-ride access, and an extensive walking and biking network, which is another reminder that a lot of daily movement happens here. When the schedule is full, recurring Pet Waste Removal is a practical way to keep the yard ready without adding one more task to the list. It is especially helpful when the backyard is part play space, part pet space, and part place where guests may stop by at the last minute.
The local weather pattern matters too. In a place that sees mixed seasons, changing temperatures, and stretches of wet ground or fast spring growth, waste can become harder to spot and easier to miss. That is why recurring service works so well here. It helps reduce step-in surprises, keeps odor down when the weather turns warmer, and makes it easier to enjoy the yard without scanning every square foot first. For pet parents who want less weekend chore pressure and more usable backyard space, steady service is usually the difference between “we should clean that up later” and “the yard is ready now.”
If your routine centers around playtime after school, a weekend cookout, or just letting the dog out without worry, we make it easy to stay ahead of buildup. We work on a simple recurring schedule, so your cleanup is handled consistently and you are not stuck guessing when the yard needs attention. If you want a cleaner yard, fewer odor issues, and more footloose and worry-free time with family and friends, contact the Hoffman Estates POOP 911 team today and set up recurring service.

I have 2 dogs and a decent size yard. It looked like land mines outside. After POOP 911 came my yard look amazing. It was also so easy to sign up on their website for the service. You definitely can’t beat the price!! Having this service has made my life much easier and I would recommend them to anyone who has a busy life style and doesn’t want to spend their weekends cleaning the yard. I wish I could get a hold of the guy who cleans my yard so I could tip him but I’m never home when he is here. Can you help me out POOP 911?

Update 1/13/19 - Service is great. If I am home when they come - I don't know it. They quietly come and go and POOF - POOP GONE Enrollment was super easy. First yard cleaning was done well. Second appt I got an email stating there was an unforeseen circumstance for today's appt and that they would come tomorrow. I appreciate the notification and the date change wasn't a big deal since it is winter time and there is no grass cutting to be done. I rated a 3 only because I have only had one service so it is really too early to give a full rating...but I like what I see so far. I will update the review after a few cleanings.

I really like the service. I signed up for weekly service, and I get weekly emails on the day of service to let me know that my technician is on the way as well a text from him to let me know around what time he's coming, which is great so I don't accidentally let the dogs out while he's here. I also get texts if he can't make it that day (not very often) and lets me know the day he's coming, usually the next day. Great service! I recommend this company.

Started using service after my knee surgery and kept the service long after. Always came on designated day and if there was a change of day for any reason I was called. Love this company and the awesome service they supply.

This service has been a life saver for a few years now. My technician is very responsible and has taken extra car to make sure that my yard is secure as I have greyhounds and if they were to escape they would never return. Well done!

Excellent service. My 200lb Saint Bernard loves the guy and likes to walk him around the yard and show him everywhere he pooped. Haha
