Shenandoah TX Pet Waste Removal

Apparently they keep having techs who quit, and when they can’t find a replacement hire I just don’t get service. I’ve only gotten service twice all summer despite requesting weekly clean up. The last tech only came out once before she quit and she left poop all over the yard and didn’t spray the odor eliminator. The company also doesn’t seem to care very much about this very strange business practice or what impression it leaves. They’re kind of like…ah well, do you want it or not? So…I’ve moved to another company.

Was charged for services not rendered. When I questioned this they canceled my service. Dishonest and unethical.

My service was terrible the first time I called and complained no one reached out to me, the guy lied and said he came today charged my card for nothing, I’ve been calling all day no answer and the website does not give you a option to cancel I will not recommend

Great service. We started using the service since I had shoulder surgery and couldn't bend down for five weeks so I can imagine how terrible it was the first time Grace came. She came and within 10-15 minutes the backyard was a clean usable space again. We find it to be one less thing we have to remember to do each week now. Highly recommend the service and Grace! thank you so much.

Not impressed. I had my first cleaning done and the tech missed multiple spots. I counted 5 before I gave up looking. My yard isn’t big either. I reached out to the company to cancel and I told them why and it seemed like they could care less. If they offered to make things right I probably would have stayed.

Unprofessional and unreliable company. The scooper doesn’t show most times and fails to notify when are in route to the property. They will falsely report that your pet was not secure so they have an excuse to cancel services when it’s likely because they have a high turnover rate. Also caught the scooper empty the waste in my trash and the neighbors trash on multiple occasions, but I was being charged an additional fee for the company to dispose of the waste.

Awful ownership in Powell service area. Charged me for a service I did not receive. Met one of the technicians in the driveway and told them I did not need serviced and had been trying to contact them to decrease cleaning frequency for a week. Owner called and said I would be charged for “gas”, which was the full service amount. I told him I did not want to do business with his company anymore and he made up a BS charge of $100! They took me to collections for it! GO WITH POOP BUTLERS INSTEAD! They are always reliable and customer service is the best!

Person doesn't show up half the time. They miss my yard and the owners attitude seems to be "Oh well" we'll get it later. I've communicated with the Pete multiple times. I was assured by him that he would put in the extra effort to get my yard clean when he has sick calls. Never seems to happen.

I’ve used this company twice when I lived at two different locations. For the most part they are fine, however I would not use them at my new location simply because of their own inconsiderateness. I am normally a Friday customer and moving out of my place on a Saturday and requested they come then for the final pick up. They said they could not because I was a Friday customer. However, there’s been several instances in the last few months where they alerted me there was an issue with the driver, or a vehicle or whatever and would need to come Saturday or not that week at all. All which I’ve always accommodated. Most recently for example: 7/22 Thank you for being a valued POOP 911 customer. Unfortunately, some car trouble has caused us to fall behind a day or two this week. We will get to all of the Friday customers by Saturday. We’ll see everyone else sometime between Wednesday and Friday. We apologize for the inconvenience, and we appreciate your understanding. When they need to move it to a Saturday it’s ok, but when a customer makes a one time request as such, I cannot simply because I’m not a Saturday customer. This also happened 6/25, and 4/17 as well as other days. 4/17 actually said: “ Thank you for being a valued POOP 911 customer. We may not get to everyone on Friday, 4/18. If we can not make it on Friday, we will visit on Saturday. We are very sorry for the inconvenience, and we appreciate your understanding” Again, they “appreciate” my understanding and apologize for the inconvenience when they cannot come on their scheduled date & 4/17 no reason was even given.. but strict about my last pick up date being pushed back a day. They are more than capable of being flexible and thanks me for being understanding but chose not to be flexible or understanding when I request my last pick up to be on Saturday vs Friday. For me, that speaks to the company’s values and integrity and for that, I would not use them again or recommend them.

This company is a joke. I set up my services, and then due to personal reasons I had to cancel. I tried calling for WEEKS and emailing. No response. The tech keeps coming, I even flag the guy down and tell him to have a manager call me. Guy says ill have someone call, and nothing still. This is going on almost a month. Its a scam.

Giving them 2 stars only because the tech was reliable and did a good job. That said, their service model is borderline a scam. They boast their “no contracts/no cancellation fee” extensively throughout their marketing and through the entire sign up process. Once enrolled, they pepper you with enrollment emails until you decide you no longer need to read them/you think you are all squared away. then hide a small section in one email stating if you cancel prior to 3 months they’ll charge you a 750% up-charge for your first complimentary service. I was charged $170 for a $20 service. I would be happy to retro pay what would have been owed for the initial service. But $170??? That’s a bit extensive for a $20 service. They will happily return your emails and cancel your service early. However, if you reach out to inquire about their cancellation fee (which they say they don’t have) they will stop responding to your messages. On top of that, they charge you a weekly service fee whether they show up or not — ie. Holidays they do not provide service, nor do they arrange for another day that week. Which is totally fine. But then they charge you double the following week, for the week they didn’t provide service. Horrible business practice. They know what they are doing. Very disappointed.

I have been using Poop911 for the last several months and they have been great. My tech Adam was very thorough and professional. I no longer need the service, I had health issues and needed the extra help, but no longer do. But would reach back out in a heartbeat if I need help again in the future.

POOP911 offers a great service. The technician always does a very good job. Great service for my 2 dogs; is very helpful to me. He cleans my yards AND adds a deoderizor. Thank you!

I had Poop 911 for several years and all was well until the new poop scoop technician started arriving at 6:45am-in the middle of me getting ready for work, letting the dogs out to do their business, etc. It was chaos and the dogs barking woke up the entire house. After a month or more of this, I reached out to Poop 911 to ask if the technician could come later in the morning, any day of the week. Their local office never answered so I sent an email. I received a rude/curt response stating it was impossible to change my schedule. No apologies or recognition of our years of being a customer. I cancelled my service in light of this but am still shocked that horrible customer service. I called another large poop scoop provider and they were very willing to work with me. Not good for your business Poop 911!!

We started using poop 911 since January but this is 2nd time they didn't show without no call no nothing. This isn't how are good business should run. Thinking about leaving and finding someone dependable.

HOV lane is for HIGH Occupancy Vehicles. It's not a go as fast as you want lane with ONE person in the vehicle.

I wish I could give zero stars. Poop 911 has terrible communication. They were scheduled to clean my backyard on a Monday. At 2:05 PM, I received a text saying my technician was on the way. I wasn’t home at that moment but was set to arrive within 30 minutes. When I got home, there was no vehicle outside, so I assumed they hadn’t arrived yet. An hour later, at 3:00 PM, I received an email with a receipt—despite being told I wouldn’t be charged until after service was completed. I went outside to check, and it was clear no one had been there—or if someone had, they did a terrible job. It looked exactly the same, as if no effort was made. I called their 1-800 number for clarification, but the woman I spoke with was rude and unhelpful. I decided to wait until the end of the day, but no one showed up or contacted me. The next morning (Tuesday), I called again to follow up. I didn’t get an answer right away, but Jeff returned my call about an hour later. I couldn’t answer at the time, but his voicemail said the service had been rescheduled because they didn’t get a confirmation from me that the dogs were inside. This was frustrating, as I had made it clear from the beginning that I wanted better communication. I never approved a reschedule, and aside from the one text saying the technician was on their way, I received no further updates—no calls or messages asking if it was safe to enter the backyard. Because of the poor communication and terrible customer service, I decided to cancel my service altogether. Jeff said he would process the cancellation, refund me and call me once it was complete (still waiting on this at the moment). If anyone knows of a more reliable pet waste removal service, please let me—and others who may have had similar issues—know. I’d love to support a company that actually shows up and communicates properly.

Initially, I had not left a positive review for this company, which it seems had been an error on my part. Immediately after seeing my review, Dan reached out and explained that there was some miscommunication when it came to services and what to expect, but even then still offered to come work on my yard to make things better. I expected them to come and maybe just get rid of a few weeds, possibly 20 minutes of effort to smooth things over- however, they came and fully cleaned up my yard, 2 hours of work and I am incredibly grateful and impressed by them. I would absolutely recommend talking to Dan if you are wanting quality yard work done.

I was very happy with this service initially. Since getting a new technician in my area the quality of the service has declined. Not sure if there are new owners. Waste has been left in my yard multiple times. Today I went out to look at the yard immediately after the technician left and there were multiple piles of waste left there again. I would not recommend using this company.

I would HIGHLY recommend Poop 911 Las Vegas. They always respond, come in get out without any issues. So cool to my dogs, they talk to them or play with them. 100% reliable & friendly

If you have an HOA, please don't use them. They will leave the bag of poop on your front lawn. When I called, they tried to upsell me, stating I don’t pay for the pickup service. I asked why they didn't just drop it in the large trash can sitting next to the entrance of the backyard.

I use to love the service, but under the new management its garbage. Half cleaned up, even after speaking about it. The main reason I chose this company was because of the previous owner, kind, friendly, always made sure the job was done to satisfaction.

Very poor service. First guy to show up did not clean up much. Left without notice and when I text him he said he broke his rake and would be back. No show! Now they charged me for the second time and another no show. Would never recommend or use your services again.
