Only giving more than 1 star because of what this company used to be. I believe it was bought out by a larger franchise and has gone downhill since. We’d been using them since near 2022 and never had any problems. Would have the same few people in rotation coming and it was always great. Then a few months ago we started noticing our gate being left open, people showing up in unmarked vehicles, and even the bag of poop being left in our front yard. (See photos) I reached out to the company 2-3x and could never get someone on the phone. I finally emailed when the bag was left at our home on the lawn because that was unacceptable and I asked for them to call me so I could work it out with them, They said that it should have always been an extra cost for them to remove the poop they scoop and if it hasn’t been over the last 3 YEARS, then they need to add it? Nothing about this being a new policy, but just that I should be getting charged more if this was not standard for our service? I was extremely confused, they offered no response for my concern and not to mention, they absolutely would not get on the phone if their company depended on it for some reason. So frustrating, cancelled service immediately and it’s obvious they didn’t care. This company does not care about its customers or the service they provide and it’s blatantly obvious.

Great service when it happens! The technician is always very thorough, and, with 2 German Shepherds and a Belgian Malinois, the poop accumulates quickly. The service is a Godsend. However, on rain-out days, I would like for the technician to come out in the next non-rainy day, and that doesn’t happen. The past couple of times, he only came once that week instead of my usual twice/week. That is my only complaint. Otherwise, they are great!

We have been happy with this company but yesterday the guy came to our house and then immediately left after 2 minutes. I called the company and was told that our foster dog was aggressive so he couldn’t go in our yard. We have had this foster dog two months with no issues with him coming and I have camera footage of him not even attempting to go into our backyard. Our gate is short so he can look over into our yard, he didn’t even walk up to the gate. We have cameras all over and he walked to the back of his truck and then got in it and left. Our yard guys also haven’t said anything about our foster dog and he hasn’t been aggressive. The guy 100% lied and I cancelled the service immediately! We will be taking our services elsewhere!

I TRIED to use this business, they have such wonderful reviews??? I guess these days you can’t even give your money away. I wanted to use them for my dog waste removal. However, like others below I have called at least twice, no answer and no return call. I created an account, set everything up, put my card info in. Then I kept receiving text messages that said my set up was incomplete and I needed to complete my order. So I clicked the link, completed my order again, put my card info in and received confirmation everything was fine and someone would be out on the 13th of Sept. However, when I attempted to create my online account, it said I have two accounts. So I leave my card info on the account I received confirmation and deleted everything from the other one. Seemed everything was fine and the account listed someone would be out on the 13th of Sept. I called and tried to ask someone about it… no answer, left a message… no response, but since my card info was in, I just didn’t worry about it. The 13th comes and goes, no one shows up. I go to my account online, my billing information is not listed in either account, this is important because they say, “if they don’t have your billing info. you will not receive service. I have no idea where the billing information went. I have a confirmation! I try to call the company to ask questions, no answer, leave a message…. No response. So I try to delete one of the accounts myself, it says I need to speak to someone in the office! SMH! Go back online a few days later suddenly both accounts are deleted. I can still login but it says, the accounts can’t be found, they just show the account numbers. So I try to call again about no service and the accounts, leave a message.. no answer… no response or return call. I was just going to create another account and start all over, but with the lack of responsiveness, I figured if I ever have a service issue, it will probably be the same lack its responsiveness, so I just decided to try another company, which is such a shame because of all of the great reviews.

I started a weekly service with this company and scheduled my first service for last week. I did not receive any form of communication from this company about my services, however, I did receive an email about the weekly service rate because increased. When my service date arrived, nobody showed up. I called several times and left several voicemails, but nobody has returned my calls. I would like to now cancel my service plan, due to the unreliability and unprofessional manner this company is operating. Unfortunately, I do not know how to do that, without speaking to someone with the company or canceling my card.
