We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
When the yard is getting used every day, dog waste has a way of showing up right where the family wants to step, play, and relax. In Shenandoah, that can turn a quick backyard break into an annoying cleanup loop, especially when heat, frequent use, and Texas weather keep odors and mess from waiting politely. That is why the Shenandoah branch of POOP 911 is locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, and why we focus on keeping your yard ready for real life instead of just looking good in a photo.
For a lot of pet parents here, the hardest part is not one big cleanup, it is the repeat factor. A busy household might come home from errands near the I-45 corridor, unload the kids, let the dog out, and then realize the yard needs attention before anyone wants to use it. Recurring service helps take that pressure off. We keep the routine going so the grass, patio edges, and play areas stay more usable between the moments that matter, not after they have already turned into a chore.
Shenandoah is a place where outdoor space gets used for more than just a quick potty break. City park space, neighborhood yards, and family routines around places like Veterans Point at Vision Park all point to the same thing. People here like to get outside. The City of Shenandoah also notes that it maintains parks and open spaces, which is a good reminder that clean, usable outdoor areas matter in this community. A cleaner yard at home follows the same idea. When we handle the pet waste on a recurring schedule, you spend less time scanning the lawn and more time actually enjoying it.
That recurring rhythm is especially helpful during warmer stretches, when waste can become more noticeable faster and the yard is used more often in the early morning or later evening. It also helps when the lawn is active and the dog has a favorite route along the fence line or around the back corner. We pay attention to the places pets naturally revisit, because that is usually where buildup sneaks up first. For families with kids, guests, or multiple dogs, staying ahead of that cycle is what keeps the yard feeling ready instead of already behind.
With POOP 911, your first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, so getting started is simple. From there, we keep the visits consistent and convenient, with a service approach built around real yard use, not extra hassle. That means fewer step-in surprises, less odor hanging around in the heat, and a cleaner space for family time outside. If you want a straightforward way to keep your Shenandoah yard ready for dogs, kids, and the next cookout, we are here to help. Set up recurring Pet Waste Removal today and let us keep the messy part off your weekend list.

Why didn’t I start using POOP 911 before? My two 100+ pound dogs leave quite a mess for my yard guy and the people who come over to my pool and corn hole gatherings. They were very responsive in either answering or returning my calls, and the cleanup was fantastic. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Seriously better than expected! 3 Great Danes, I wasn’t sure the job could be done “good enough” but I was definitely proven wrong. Keeping my weekly service, finally a break!

Love this service, I’m a gardener with 2 dogs. I like being in my backyard and not worrying about where I step. This is an invaluable service for me and I won’t do without it. They are reliable and if for some reason they can’t come they always email and are available for a reschedule.

They did a wonderful job cleaning up the poop. We had a baby a few months ago and hadn’t gotten around to cleaning up poop for a while. Raymond was so nice and accommodating. And the spray really helped with the smell! Will be using them again for sure!!

Raymond has serviced our Poop 911 account for more than 3 years. I have 2 grandchildren who love to play outside. I’m never concerned when they run out because I know Raymond has thoroughly cleaned our backyard. He’s reliable and comes each week on our assigned day.... on the rare event (Hurricane Harvey) we need to change, he communicates clearly, going the extra mile to accommodate us. I cannot imagine being a dog family and not having Poop 911 services. Thanks guys!!

We have had a great experience. We have used the service for 1 & 1/2 years and have never had any issues. Raymond is polite and friendly. They are great at communicating with their customers if there is ever a need to reschedule (usually due to weather) and almost always offer an alternative service day if possible.
