We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
When the yard starts getting regular use, the cleanup can pile up faster than most pet parents expect. In the Whitestone, New York area, that usually means a mix of everyday dog traffic, changing weather, and the simple reality of trying to keep grass, patios, and side yards ready for family time. POOP 911 is locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, so we understand why a dependable dog poop service matters when you want the yard to stay usable without adding another chore to your week.
If you have kids, guests, or a dog that has a favorite corner of the yard, recurring cleanup can make a big difference. A once-a-week visit helps keep waste from building up in the spots your dog uses most, like along fence lines, near gates, around patios, and in the places where people actually walk. That means fewer step-in surprises, less odor, and less time spent scanning the grass before anyone heads outside.
Weather plays a part too. Rain can soften the ground and make waste harder to spot. Warm stretches can make odor more noticeable. Leaf cover, fast grass growth, and muddy paw traffic can all hide messes until they are suddenly the main thing you notice. A regular service helps stay ahead of that cycle, so the yard feels ready instead of catch-up heavy. For many homes in and around Whitestone, that is the difference between a yard that gets used all week and one that gets avoided until chores are done.
Recurring service is also a good fit for busy routines. If your household is heading out for errands, coming home from work, or getting ready for guests, it is easier to know the cleanup is already handled. The first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, and after that we keep the visits on a reliable schedule that fits real life. That is especially helpful for pet parents who want cleaner grass and more usable backyard space without spending Saturday on scooping duty.
Our goal is simple, give Whitestone pet parents a convenient, trustworthy dog poop service that helps keep the yard footloose and worry-free for everyday play, backyard meals, and time with family and friends. If you are ready to cut down on weekend chores and keep up with the mess before it becomes a problem, sign up for recurring POOP 911 service and let us handle the dirty work.

I finally found a place that services Brooklyn and I couldn’t be happier! The set-up was so simple, they are professional, nice and follow-up. Most importantly, my yard is poop-free!!! People must think, how lazy can I be but as a single mom who works full-time, has a 3 year old daughter, 2 dogs and a cat this service is awesome! Poop 911 has given me the gift of time and they couldn’t be nicer and more credible if they tried! I am thrilled with their service!!

I can't say enough nice things about Poop911! They are reliable and dependable and the priceis right. They offer many more services besides picking up after the dogs. They offer pet sitting, lawn maintenance, and deodorizing just fo name a few.

Update: 5+ Still no issues, the best. Really have never had a single complaint, they make life easier when you're working. Initial: 5+ Couldn't ask for better service. Showed up, cleaned up what must have been a hundred mountains from two Mastiffs while I had been on bedrest. Spray deodorizer across the yard that was eco-friendly and pet friendly and also cleaned up the concrete so you couldn't tell the dogs were ever even going there. Phenomenal service, even offered to walk the dogs and check in on them if I am unable to or away for the weekend. Hire this Service!

The service we have received from Poop 911 has been totally outstanding. Our yard was a mess of leaves, debris, and dog waste from not having time to clean the yard while renovating the inside of our house. Mike came twice and spent like 8 hours or more cleaning everything up. It looks like a totally different yard. I can’t say enough nice things about the company. Benice, the woman who answers the phones, is absolutely delightful. She took time to answer all of my questions and even gave me recommendations for a groomer and dog trainer. At Poop 911 they really take time to make sure their customers are happy and they go above and beyond to accommodate any requests one might have, not to mention all of the services they offer on the website. I compared many different companies before calling Poop 911 and none of the others offer anywhere near the amount of services they do. I am so happy that I decided to call them. I believe that we will be utilizing their services for a long time and I highly recommend them.
