Terrible. Signed up for weekly service, 2 weeks in a row they did not come (even after I received an email saying they were coming). After 3 weeks, they finally came (on different day they told me they were coming) and never came back?! I’ve left multiple messages and sent emails and have not received a response but they charged my card! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

2 women arrived for yard clean up and left in five minutes. I thought I imagined it that i checked my ring video for the time stamp. The yard was poorly cleaned and much of the dog’s mess was left not picked up. The company’s website said try us for free and second time is 19.99. After I cancelled they charged my card $129 and nobody responds to my call. I just wanted to cancel and not write a review or complain because I didn’t want to get workers in trouble but after excessive charge and no response, i had no choice. The worst.

NEVER AGAIN! they have my card on autopay and they charge me weekly even if they don't show up. forget about trying to get in touch with someone too!! I've left voicemails & several emails and I haven't gotten a response. Also, I cannot cancel this service through my account. I can't cancel autopay either. The two times they actually showed up at my house they were very thorough & quick. its a shame the administrative dept. is awful! Hopefully someone reads this because I need to cancel this service & I cant get in touch with anyone!!

I recently injured my neck and back making it difficult to clean up after my dogs in my yard. I called them and they had two people come out 2 days later. They were quick and put the used bag in the trash. I will use them again.

I have called & left messages FOUR times and have never received a call back to discuss my dissatisfaction. They charge me every week but I have NEVER SEEN THEM here and we are home ALL THE TIME. Poop in yard even on days I’m billed. SOMEONE PLEASE CALL ME BACK OR IM CANCELLING!

We just had our first service and I had noted we have 3 dogs that need to be introduced before someone comes into our yard. Luckily, we were home and hadn’t just opened our back Door to let them out! I had hoped we would of been notified when they arrived. My husband noticed their vehicle in our driveway and that’s how we knew someone was here. After he left we walked our property and noticed the service wasn’t as complete as we expected, we still had poop piles. I called the company and left a voicemail with my concerns and a request for a return call, that was this past Wednesday 4/8/20. We still haven’t received that call. Would be willing to give a second chance, if someone would just give a call back so some expectations can be put in place!

I want to love this company because I appreciate what they do but very often feel like I’m paying for half a job done. I used to get stickers on my garage to prove someone was at my house to do clean up (and have requested that the stickers be left) but this infrequently happens. Also, much of the mess is still left behind. When I voice my concerns, things improve for a few weeks then right back to inconsistent jobs. Very frustrating.

I was assured my card wouldn’t be charged before service was completed. I was charged not once but twice when no one came. I had to call after my initial cleanup which was a lot more then weekly cleanups due to it not being fully completed. Totally dissatisfied and would NOT recommend this company to anyone
