Several piles are missed each week. I would pay more if that would encourage them to complete the task properly. The girl that has been assigned to my yard seemed to do better over several weeks but she still is lacking, even after giving them feedback.

They have been so responsive via text, and email. Our dog passed away in December and I emailed them to drop service to one dog. They were so quick to make the changes. Absolutely stress free! My other dog is older and we decided to end service recently. When we decided to add another fur baby we will definitely add our service back!!!

Totally worth it for busy households. While might seem like a task that comes with owning a dog, it's the worst one everyone hates Lol. Plus our dog requires daily brushing and other maintenance so this reliable and helpful service is worth it...and if my dog is out, she loves him!

I am little surprised by any negative feedback here because my experience has been so completely different. I've always been able to get ahold of someone right away. They have been incredibly responsive by phone and email. Our yard is usually serviced on the scheduled date but if something comes up they give me notice and promptly reschedule for the following day. This has not an issue for us. They do a great job and we now have more freedom to enjoy our yard. Rocco is also very nice.

Made an appointment online on 5/1/20, received a confirmation email and thought everything was good. My service date was supposed to be 5/8/20 and I never received an email, text, or phone call about when to expect someone. I thought that was weird but not a big deal, kept my dogs kenneled, and waited all day for someone to come. 3PM rolls around and no one has shown, so I call to check on things. The man who answered tells me that they don’t service my area and I received a phone call about it last Saturday, so I check my phone log and voicemails in case my phone acted up and didn’t notify me. I didn’t receive a single call on that Saturday. When I logged into my account on their website there was also no note about them not servicing my area.

I have maybe been satisfied with this service three times since I signed up almost a year ago. Not to mention, this company is incredibly hard to get a hold of. I have left so many messages for them and no one ever calls me back. I have had issues from the beginning, including where they have been scooping and their lack of scooping in general. I pay for my whole yard to be scooped but for some reason they only scoop in a 6 foot area near my entrance gate? And still, after every visit, I still have so many poop piles being left behind!!! Sometimes it looks like no one has been here for weeks despite them showing up every other Monday and charging my card, without fail. I really appreciate the idea behind this company but the execution of their entire process needs work.

I signed up online and wanted to call to make the payment and actually speak with someone at the company before randomly putting my CC info online. I’ve called them twice and left messages and reached out on Facebook and was promised a call back and nothing. Now here it is day of service and I am not going to be serviced because I did not pay, although I have been trying. If this is how you treat new money, I’m terrified to see how you treat existing clients.
