I signed up for service. I got contacted and coordinated service start date and recurring service with an agent. Then I never heard anything. Service never started. When I reached out to the agent again, no answer. I was never improperly charged or anything but to just drop all communication on a new customer was not a good experience.

Everything was good but whoever came by did not put the lock back on our fence. They left it hanging along the fence line so anyone could've gone into our backyard. When they finish they need to put the lock back on, leaving our yard unlocked was unacceptable.
