Great friendly service! We have 5 dogs. Now i can enjoy my summer and my weekends in the yard without any worries. So happy we did this.
We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
Dog waste has a way of showing up right when the yard finally gets some use. After a busy week, a little rain, or a stretch of fast grass growth, the spots your dog visits most can build up faster than expected. That is exactly why our local POOP 911 branch, locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, focuses on a simple routine that keeps your outdoor space ready for real life. For pet parents in the Henderson area, recurring cleanup is one less thing to remember before kids run outside, guests stop by, or the weekend starts.
When a backyard is part dog run, part play space, and part place to relax, the cleanup burden adds up quickly. Waste can hide along fence lines, in side yards, near patios, and in the same favorite bathroom spots dogs return to day after day. That is where regular service helps most. Instead of letting buildup turn into a bigger chore, we keep the yard on a steady schedule so the grass is cleaner, the odor stays lighter, and you are not dealing with the same mess over and over again.
Families often call when they are trying to stay ahead of weekly buildup, especially when one dog uses the yard often or more than one pet shares the same space. A homeowner preparing for guests may want the patio and play area cleaned before people arrive. A parent managing kids and dogs after school may just want fewer step-in surprises and less muddy paw traffic tracking back inside. In the Henderson, Colorado area, that practical kind of help matters because the yard is not just decoration. It is where dogs burn off energy, where kids head out to play, and where a quick evening break can turn into a bigger cleanup if waste has been left too long.
Our recurring service is built to fit real routines. We can help keep the high-use parts of the yard in shape before the pileup starts, so you do not have to set aside part of your weekend for poop patrol. The first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, and after that the schedule stays simple and reliable. That means less pressure on Saturday morning, fewer odor problems in warmer weather, and more usable space when you want to enjoy the yard without checking every step.
We understand that pet owners do not need a fancy process. They need a service that shows up consistently, works around the parts of the yard that matter most, and helps keep the space ready for family time. If your dog tends to circle the same patch by the fence, if the side yard becomes the go to path, or if the patio area sees the most foot traffic, recurring cleanup helps keep those spots cleaner week after week. That steady rhythm is what makes the difference between a yard you avoid and a yard you can use without thinking twice.

Don’t recommend at all. Our experience with this company started out terrible, then was Ok, and is now back to awful. When we initially signed up we set a start date and the servicer no call/no showed three weeks in a row. The owner seemed only mildly concerned and gave a pretty corporate reply. We then received a sob story from our servicer about why she couldn’t come on the days we scheduled. We were flexible with her, and she ended up doing a nice job for us, but was inconsistent about when she showed up. Recently no one showed for the last two weeks, and again no communication. We got in touch with our servicer and she says she no longer works for the company. Again no communication about this from the owner. They don’t seem to care at all whether someone shows or not. When allowing strangers onto our property, we have kids and dogs, we need to know who is coming and when they will be there. Find another service in Denver, there are MANY.

I loved how Everette, called me and let me know. That he would be arriving in ten minutes, and as soon as Everette arrived he was very professional and very thorough and directly to the task at hand.

Highly recommend! They are reliable, through, reasonably priced and commutative if there is any delay in service (snow days). They always leave treats for the boys-and most importantly they shut the gates well.

Can't say enough about how awesome this service is. Picking up poop is a nasty task that everyone hates to do. These guys are always there, rain or shine, they are always so nice to our pups, and so friendly to us when they come each week. I was initially skeptical about paying someone to do something I should be able to do, but let me tell you, it's such a blessing that I don't have to pick up poop for three dogs each week. Poop-911 makes our lives so much easier. Thanks to the team at Poop 911!!!

It was a great service for a good price the first couple of times. But after continuing the service we started to receive techs who were horrible at customer service. If they had an issue they would either cuss and say nothing to you in your own backyard or write a email with a very aggressive tone. For example, we signed a waiver to have them come into our garage but they/the techs have decided multiple time to argue that garage was blocked in emails which the owner would come and fix there mistake after. Me and my family decided to stop the service a couple times but the owner is a great owner who tries to make up for all the short comings. Would recommend for the short term not the long term.

I love my service with Poop 911! I have three busy dogs and it’s hard to keep up with them. Poop 911 comes every week without fail and makes my yard clean and tidy for my grandkids to play in. I had a precious service that was always complaining about the dogs being in the yard. My handler comes without complaint. I guess they are more resilient against barking little doggies! I can’t recommend them enough. They make my life easier.
