So I signed up for the services online and they were supposed to come out the following Tuesday but never showed up. I called the company and received a call from the "manager "who told me that there was a mistake in scheduling and the tech had a 4 hour job- not my problem- and they would be there the following week. The following week it snowed and again nobody called me and nobody showed up. I again called the manager and spoke with him and he told me that he had been busy on the phone all day trying to rearrange his appointments. Nobody actually called me though. So I then told him I would no longer be new using his services because I could not believe this is how they treat their customers when they haven't even been out to my house yet. He assured me somebody would come out the next day and service my yard which they did. There was poop left all over the yard. The guy just picked up the fresh poop and left a lot of old pieces. I let it go because I thought maybe since it was the initial cleanup, it was not quite as detailed. Somebody was supposed to come out again yesterday and again nobody showed up and nobody called me. I highly recommend using a different company that can actually be in touch with their customers. I do not recommend this company at all!!!! Just spoke to the owner and let him know that I was canceling and he asked the reason why and I told him and he said “OK well sorry about that bye!” I hope the owner is reading these. You need new management.

It started out ok. Then we switched to weekly. We were charged 3 different times when no one showed up to do the service. On the 4th time of them not showing up I terminated services. All I received was a "my apologies and we have terminated your service." Zero explanation or attempt to make the situation better. They are very difficult to get ahold of as well. They didn't even follow up to say why no one came. I was always chasing them down. No accountability. Definitely go elsewhere for this service.

He is very professional and communicates well, as weather may interrupt their schedule during the winter. We have had POOP911 service our yard for many, many years and for many different dogs. I can assure you, if they were not professional while performing their responsibilities, we would have cut them loose years ago.
