Do not use this service unless you like throwing your money away. When they actually showed up, the yard did get clean but it was not uncommon for them to not show up while still being billed. First time I mentioned it they gave me the exact time the guy was supposedly there. I checked my security cameras and no one was there and the yard was still a mess. They did end up sending someone out to service my yard but it happened again a few weeks later and again and again. I let them take advantage of me for too long before I finally canceled. I don’t have the time and should not have to continually check my security cameras and yard to make sure they actually came and to keep having to reach out for a refund.

First off, I have a German Shepard and a Shiba Inu. My yard was a nightmare after a winter of not keeping up with picking up their poop. I kept wanting to go out and do it when the weather would break but it was to much for my little scooper I have and I just felt overwhelmed. I gave up and made an appointment with these guys. Within two days they were here and had my yard back to normal in no time. I really give the guy credit who did it because it was bad and I think he must’ve been out there for a good amount of time but finished the job. I highly recommend these guys if you need a yard cleanup. You won’t be disappointed and it’s a fair price for what they do. Thanks again and I’ll recommend you to whoever needs your type of service.

So I called the company and left a message and got a phone call back and wanted to inquire about their services with prices availability and so on and so forth well within one minute of being on the phone with a representative from their company I quickly learned that they did not want the job as soon as I told the lady where I was located I was told that we don't cover that area I was too far out of her area Now mind you here is a screenshot of their website that shows my area and that it is covered it's a shame people don't want to work anymore. I will gladly find someone else...

Poop911 came in to remove dog waste from my yard. While I shouldn't have expected much for $12, I guess I was expecting all of it to be picked up. Multiple large piles of waste left in my yard, when I said something after the fact, the guy replied with "oh I didn't know that was your yard" when I clearly explained the property to the receptionist and she even looked on google street view so she could see while I was explaining
