Wasn’t impressed. Paying extra for flower beds/mulched areas to be taken care of and they aren’t even looking in that area when they clean. Also, it had snowed (a small amount) and he said he couldn’t get everything because of the light amount of snow on the ground. Disappointed and wish I could edit the frequency on my account online.

I have used one other company and then stopped and tried poop 911 and could not be happier! This first company we used never cleaned anything up off the patio so I didn’t expect poop 911 too but when I went outside and looked they cleaned up everything!! They walk your yard entirely to ensure they do not miss any piles and even take it with them for a very small fee. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they come at the same time each week as well.
