I really wanted to love this service since i saw so many positive reviews, but it was just average. I ordered the initial first time clean up, (longer than 3 months) and hoped I would go out to a clean yard. The next morning i picked up about 1/2 poop bag. I also asked for the clean up to be left behind so I could see how much was picked up. Nothing was left. They couldn't have been there longer than 5-10 minutes and when I noticed him leaving i tried to catch him, but he didn't stop. Hoping my next experience is more positive.

**Update, inconsistent with service. More than one occasion a technician "serviced" our yard but left piles all over the yard and yet I was charged for service. My first regular service, the tech was a no-show but I was charged for service I didnt receive. They gave me the following week at no charge. Then about a month ago I reached out because of poor service, they apologized and corrected the problem. 2 weeks later, poor service again. Emailed them to cancel service, got no response. I emailed them again a week later asking for confirmation of cancellation email and still have not heard back from them. They started out strong for our initial clean up but after that, I was not impressed. We had our initial clean this past week. Our poor yard had not been cleaned in months because of the weather (I know, gross). They came as scheduled, and cleaned everywhere! They even got all the waste under our gigantic trampoline. We are thrilled. Very nicely done.

This is seriously the best money I spend. The dogs are enjoying the yard and so are we, and we're don't have to worry about anything. You did an excellent job on the parts of yard you did, but I think there was some confusion about where you needed to pick up. We have three hillsides. One straight in back that the dogs use up on flat part. None of that got picked up. The other 2 hillsides are in the front which the electric fence doesn’t go to and also on the left side where the pagoda is at. These are the 2 Hills the dogs don’t use. I’m sure when you come next week and look you will realize what I’m talking about. Thank you!!

Had issues with my house being located after going thru in great detail a description along with the address. When I checked at the end of the day after the job was done I see that we still have to be cautious walking in the yard. For the price I was expecting better, will just add this job to our spring yard cleanup. Much happier, they came back today to take a second look and the job looks 100% better. Amazing. They always come and do a great job with clean up. We have had one instance of bad weather where they let us know they couldn’t make it and came the very next day. You get a receipt for each week of clean up immediately after they billed you. Plus they just charge your card. Super easy. I would recommend them!
