Easy scheduling, great service, nice people!
We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
Weekend yard time can go from easy to awkward fast when dog waste starts building up in the places your family uses most. That is why our Maplewood, Minnesota branch keeps the focus on simple, reliable Pet Waste Cleanup for pet parents who want a cleaner yard without adding one more chore to the week. We are locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, and we built this service around real routines, like letting the dogs out before work, trying to keep the patio ready for guests, and not wanting to scan the grass before every step.
For many homes in the Maplewood area, the biggest issue is not just the mess itself. It is the way it sneaks into daily life. A favorite bathroom spot near the fence line, a side yard that gets used every afternoon, or a play area that sees constant traffic can turn into a repeated cleanup job before you even notice how much time it is taking. When the weather swings from wet to dry, or the lawn grows fast enough to hide waste between visits, it gets harder to stay ahead of it. Recurring service helps keep that from piling onto Saturday morning.
If you are managing kids, dogs, and a full calendar, a recurring schedule can make the whole yard feel easier to use. We handle the regular cleanup so you do not have to plan your day around the backyard. That means fewer step-in surprises, less odor hanging around the dog run or patio, and less time spent doing a quick scan before letting everyone outside. It also helps when you are trying to keep muddy paw traffic down after rain or when the grass is growing so quickly that waste gets missed between mowings.
This kind of service fits naturally for families who want the yard ready for play time, relaxing outside, or last-minute company. It is also a good fit when more than one dog uses the same favorite area, because buildup can happen faster than most pet parents expect. With POOP 911, the first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, and from there we keep the visits on a steady rhythm that works with your routine. That is the easy part. The better part is getting more usable backyard space and more footloose and worry-free time with family and friends.
If you want dependable Pet Waste Cleanup in Maplewood, Minnesota, we are ready to help keep the yard cleaner week after week. Choose recurring service, and let our local POOP 911 team take the stink and the stress out of the job with a simple, practical plan that fits your home.

I've been using them for about three years now. I have three dogs and the person comes weekly and does an amazing job. I never have to worry about the person showing up or not. On the very rare occasion, always because of bad weather, they will inform you and come immediately after. Their customer service are real people and not robots and they are always always helpful.

Best thing I ever signed up for!!!! Absolutely love this service!!!

Most of the waste gets picked up, but they don't give you a heads up they're coming or are there. A couple of times they put the waste in the wrong bin (recycling or yard waste).

I have used Poop 911 for over a year, and they do an excellent job. I live in a townhome and have 2 dogs; it is nice to not have to worry about offending any neighbors or association rules since my yard is kept clean. The customer service is excellent, and the prices are very fair as well. I have a couple of neighbors who have started using Poop 911 also. Great service!!

Picking up dog poop doesn't sound like you need to be professional, but I fired another company. The people at Poop 911 show up when scheduled, are very responsive if there's a change and best of all - they are very thorough every time they come! I highly recommend their service.

Edited: this company is under new ownership and reached out to me to introduce themselves so I am changing this to a 5* review. —— Extremely disappointed in service lately. We had a service issue (not picking up all poop in yard & on sidewalk in our yard) and the response from the company was that they didn’t know where our garbage can is and our grass maybe could be too long. 1) see photo of issue & grass height which we also sent to the company before this ridiculous response 2) if you don’t know where my garbage can is, why haven’t you asked? 3) if you don’t know where my garbage can is, where have you been disposing of the poop?? Hands down the most ridiculous response. I will be cancelling and employing a neighbor kid instead.

Wonderful service especially in the winter months and early spring!

Love the convenience and value this service gives us. Should have done it sooner. I recommend it to everyone.

This service is amazing! They are very friendly and update me if there's any concerns with my yard (grass too tall, etc). I am updated with arrival time through text and have asked to look for my dog's lost name tag before. Fence gate is properly shut every time and waste goes directly to my garbage can if left out for them. I've been using this service for over a year and can say that our family of 4 dogs is very happy with the clean yard.

Dog poo is my kryptonite so we were just looking for spring cleanup after the snow melted 3 years ago but they made it so economical for weekly service that I immediately signed up for a weekly service. It is such a peace of mind knowing that I’ll never have to worry about yard bombs again. I’ll never not have this weekly service. Well worth the money. Very reliable.

Love these guys! Fair pricing and super reliable. I previously used a different company. What a mistake that was! More excuses than you could imagine for not showing up or missing half the waste. Not with these guys! Highly recommend!

"Poop911 has been a lifesaver for me and my furry friend! Living in Minnesota, it can be a challenge to keep up with the never-ending task of cleaning up after our pets. But thanks to Poop911, that burden has been lifted.

When contracted with Poop911 the service was fantastic! The Technician's name was Ben he was always on time & VERY through. Unfortunately my dog died on 21 April, I continued to pay for 2 more weeks, then a very nice woman from Poop911 left me a VM stating the Ben hasn't found any trace of a dog on the grounds for the last 2 weeks. She called me back & said my last payment fulfilled our agreement, which matched my records. Great Company, excellent service, I would recommend them to anyone! 5 stats+++

They came in so quickly and quietly my dogs didn't even know they were here. The only comment I have is that they complained about how much pet waste there was from the winter, which I certainly couldn't control. That is what I had them come for was to clean that up.

We are somewhat disabled due to age and totally appreciated their service

Best way I can think of to spend $32/week. This is a perfect service. It takes them about 5-10 minutes to do the cleanup, and I hate hate hate cleaning up dog poop. Win/win. Our yard will be in perfect shape for our son to learn to walk this summer
