Wonderful experience (Spring Cleanup). Easy making an appointment, gave instructions on how to access our yard and they came while we were at work. The yard is spotless! Will definitely hire again!
We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
Weekend yard time can go from easy to awkward fast when dog waste starts building up in the places your family uses most. That is why our Maplewood, Minnesota branch keeps the focus on simple, reliable Pet Waste Cleanup for pet parents who want a cleaner yard without adding one more chore to the week. We are locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, and we built this service around real routines, like letting the dogs out before work, trying to keep the patio ready for guests, and not wanting to scan the grass before every step.
For many homes in the Maplewood area, the biggest issue is not just the mess itself. It is the way it sneaks into daily life. A favorite bathroom spot near the fence line, a side yard that gets used every afternoon, or a play area that sees constant traffic can turn into a repeated cleanup job before you even notice how much time it is taking. When the weather swings from wet to dry, or the lawn grows fast enough to hide waste between visits, it gets harder to stay ahead of it. Recurring service helps keep that from piling onto Saturday morning.
If you are managing kids, dogs, and a full calendar, a recurring schedule can make the whole yard feel easier to use. We handle the regular cleanup so you do not have to plan your day around the backyard. That means fewer step-in surprises, less odor hanging around the dog run or patio, and less time spent doing a quick scan before letting everyone outside. It also helps when you are trying to keep muddy paw traffic down after rain or when the grass is growing so quickly that waste gets missed between mowings.
This kind of service fits naturally for families who want the yard ready for play time, relaxing outside, or last-minute company. It is also a good fit when more than one dog uses the same favorite area, because buildup can happen faster than most pet parents expect. With POOP 911, the first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, and from there we keep the visits on a steady rhythm that works with your routine. That is the easy part. The better part is getting more usable backyard space and more footloose and worry-free time with family and friends.
If you want dependable Pet Waste Cleanup in Maplewood, Minnesota, we are ready to help keep the yard cleaner week after week. Choose recurring service, and let our local POOP 911 team take the stink and the stress out of the job with a simple, practical plan that fits your home.

So happy to have found you all. It relieves me of the worst part of dog ownership. Thank you for your good communication and service.

Did a great job, would hire them again for a spring clean up (we just don't have a need for a continuing service).

With two big dogs on one cable run, clean up gets pretty messy once the snow melts. We left it to the pros at Poop 911. They were able to come out within a few days, and everything was handled online. This is the second service we've had over the winter with three months between, and we've been so happy with the service that we are moving to regular bi-weekly clean-up.

I had a winter’s worth of waste in my yard and it was a big job. Poop 911 was on time and did great work. I’d hire them again. You pay a bit more, but they are far more responsive and thorough than other companies I’ve used.

Pros: Communication is very good, poop scooping is fantastic, prices are competitive & Employees are very friendly. (We tried a different company & had the opposite experience.) Cons: Website isn’t as user friendly as most sites, so it’s tough to look up account info. without locating an email that has a link to your account & a weekend option isn’t available.

Some might think it’s crazy to hire someone to clean up your backyard... I think it’s genius. With a busy family, 2 dogs and a daycare I love having weekly service from Poop 911. One less thing to worry about! Reasonable pricing as well. It’s a nice service to have during these snowy MN winters.

I've used Poop911 in the distant past and just hired them a second time for my home. I'm so happy with the service and they did a very thorough job. Pricing is affordable and fair, especially for what you get. I was most impressed when I contacted them first thing in the morning on my first service because I noticed an error I made when signing up. I gave them the wrong address. They responded immediately, even though the office hadn't opened for the day and assured me they'd take care of it. This company is top notch! Great service!

We call the gentleman who scoops for us our "Poop Ninja" - we never see him, and our poop magically disappears. No complaints!

Efficient, effective and friendly! We've so appreciated how clean our yard has been over the past 6 months. Having one less task on the chore list allows for more family time and less arguing over who is handling poop pick-up. Thanks, Poop 911!

This is the best lazy persons service in the planet. The weekly cost verses the service, especially in the winter, is a no brainer. Wish I knew about it 20 years ago.
