I saw the van while driving to work one day and decided to give this place a shot after the winter and they did not disappoint. After the accumulation from my dogs going outside the entire winter, my backyard was a tad rough, after their visit it looked amazing. Poop911 has some pretty awesome employees! You can set your clock by how they show up. If there is going to be an issue they tell you in an email and make sure you are aware. When doing their work they are extremely professional. They even say hello to my neighbors and make sure they know why they are there. I can’t say enough good things about this service. I tell everyone about them! I’ve been using this service for almost 2 years. I still think they are excellent! Update 10/2023 Still a great service! I can still set my clock by when they come and they leave my yard without landmine surprises. Love this service! I'm not sure who drives your cars but we just had one of your cars (partial license GHU) driving about 35 down the memorial drive which is a 20 mph speed limit and then honk at us while we were at a stop sign waiting for another car to pass before whipping past us like they had a fire to get to in a residential area. That's ridiculous, shame on that driver.

I have been a customer of this business for a long time until recently. When I first signed up, the service was a great value, the guy who came out was friendly and thorough. We paid for 1/2 acre, wooded, uneven terrain. We got a new guy who spends about 10 minutes in the yard. I called and said that we was not walking the entire yard. They said the new guy was scared of ticks, so they started charging me for a 1/4 acre. I can tell you the guy they had walked about 1/8 an acre. I have been checking my 3 outdoor cameras, and he is never in my yard for more than 10-12 minutes. I have 2 dogs, and it is very obvious he picks up not even close to 1/2 of what he should. This was not only in winter, but all year. I did some research and there are other companies that charge less and took a look at my yard and said they could walk the entire property. When I cancelled my service, they didn't even ask why and I have been with them for about 5 years. I really miss they way they used to be, now they just charge $$$ for 10 minutes of work.

I'm a very busy professional and live in a an apartment building.I have an area right outside my slider that my dog use and thought it would be a great idea to hire a service to clean the poo. Signed up for weekly service and the first week was canceled since then they have come twice and now I'm not sure when they are coming. Now my apartment management is complaining about the mess. I can't can't cancel or they will charge me almost 170.00 to cancel.i guess I'm stuck paying and cleaning it myself.
