In the past, this time of year, my back yard would be poop soup. After a long winter and no one cleaning up my yard. This year, for only $20 a week for my two dogs, I have a clean back yard. I’ve been using this company for about a year now and going to cancel and find other options as soon as I can get someone to actually call me back or answer the phone. Made multiple calls and left multiple messages to the Minneapolis number. These guys will over charge you, completely not show up or do a horrible job and miss a ton of poop. Then if they decide not to show up one week, they’ll change you double the next week. Got a double charge about two weeks back and still cannot get ahold of anyone from the company to explain or fix it. Would love to cancel my contract, but again, cannot get ahold of anyone. Use anyone and anything besides Poop911. Update/edit: After still hearing nothing back for 7 days since my first phone call, I tried again at 9:30 this Monday morning. After calling twice and still no answer, I receive a text exactly two minutes later saying “Thank you for your calls. We will be able to respond later today.” I respond to the text expressing confusion and frustration as to why I’m just now being contacted, what my original issue is, who I’ve tried to call and how many times, then ending in me stating I wanted to cancel my account. I would have liked to do this over the phone, but that has been made impossible. Then next text I receive, still without a phone call, says “Please check your email. We typically do not text for business.” Which was confusing considering SHE reached out to ME via text after all my calls have gone unanswered. So then I tried calling her, again. This time she answered, but absolutely wouldn’t let me speak. I started off by expressing how difficult it’s been to get ahold of her then made it clear I wanted to cancel my account with them. She said it had already been canceled and that she sent me an email. I then tried to explain my frustrations about the entire process and this is the point where she just wouldn’t let me talk and continued to speak over me. She didn’t care what I had to say. She took zero responsibility for anything. I had been a paying customer with this company for over a year. She treated me with zero respect and showed zero professionalism.

The service is great, they did a great job. And were very friendly. My dog was confused why strangers were stealing her poo though. :D I deducted one star because they have no way to adjust the pricing based on volume. I have limited mobility, so cleaning up the yard is difficult and my dog does most of her pooing at daycare or on a walk. The technician was only picking up a max of 3 poos a week but I was paying the same as a yard that requires a lot more effort on average.

I do not recommend them for services. A lot of missed poop being picked up or not picking it up at all and still being charged. And when you bring these issues to their attention they get defensive. I was told to never contact them again. Very unprofessional
