Hiring Poop911 is the best money I’ve spent in a long time! They do a great job keeping my yard dog poo free so I don’t have to worry about it. They were also very compassionate when my dog passed away, they did my final yard clean up at no cost and when we got a new puppy they sent me a personal note, which was very nice.

Do not use this company - poor communication, poor business practices, bad bad bad. I used their on-line scheduling service which gave me a choice of dates to have work done. I selected a date. I then received follow-up email saying they were looking forward to doing the service. I replied asking approximately what time they would be at my home to do the service as we wanted/needed to show them the area to be cleaned (not an entire yard, a specific area only), meet the dog, and go over the service - Kelsey replied that I should contact them the day before to find that out. Ok - not a problem. Life got in the way and I did not contact them - but no worries, I took the full day off of work to be home for the service. At 2:30 I called to ask if they still planned on service - left a voice mail. At 4:30pm I got a call back - yes, we will be there. We close at 8:00pm and you are the last one on the list - but we will be there. 8pm comes - no one came. No phone call. 8:45pm I get an email - just happened to see it. Kelsey apologized saying "Barry" ran late and would not be able to get to us tonight. She said she'd put us on the list for tomorrow. I replied that we were disappointed as I'd taken the day off of work and that we could not have anyone available until after 1pm. Her reply - "Now tomorrow you are more at the beginning of the route because we never want to risk running out of time a second day in a row. This time of year is so difficult to plan routes and we need to stay as efficient as possible in order to get routes done. Are you sure you cannot explain things to me so that you don't have to worry about being home?" Frankly - I don't want a first time person on my property without me being there. The area to be cleaned is NOT the full yard - just a kenneled area that could easily be missed if someone does not show them that. Additionally - since our dog has free access to this area all day long (we have an automatic dog door on the house) it would be likely that person would be coming face to face with our dog. We want that person to meet the dog and have the dog understand that someone would be there from time to time. If our dog had bit the stranger that would have been bad - horribly bad. I would have thought someone who own's a business that works near/around animals would understand that. I replied that at this point we would like to cancel the service. We would find someone else to do the work. Believe me - its not optimal. We are having a new deck installed on the home - the kennel is below the deck and must be cleaned. Kelsey then called our home and spoke to my husband. She seemed upset but still did not fully understand that she made a commitment for service, followed up that service would be done - and then dropped the ball. She said that her technician spent 6 hours cleaning a yard today - why were we not told that at 4:30 when she called to say that we would have service? Kelsey - how would you feel if you had hired us to plow your driveway on a specific day, we confirmed we would be there - and then never showed up nor called in a timely manner? You'd be pretty upset. You would probably not hire us again - after all we had already demonstrated we were unreliable. We are business owners too - we understand things can happen. But communication is important. It was by luck I happened to see the email - I don't normally check my emails at 8:45 at night. But I can tell you - we were already 100% sure we were not going to use you beyond the first service with your initial reply. When you got snippy about it then we knew we didn't want to work with your company.

I have spent every springtime cleaning the winter remains of my 3 pups. It took me a whole weekend of cleaning, which I just really hated this chore.
