Outstanding service!!
We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
When the yard starts getting used every day, dog waste can pile up faster than most pet parents expect. That is especially true in the Hanover area, where a busy family routine can mean kids, dogs, guests, and outdoor time all sharing the same grass, patio, and fence line. POOP 911 is locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, so we understand how quickly a clean yard can turn into one more weekend chore. Our Hanover, Minnesota Pooper Scooper Service is built to help keep your outdoor space cleaner, easier to use, and ready for the moments that matter.
If your dog has a favorite bathroom spot by the gate, along the side yard, or near the back fence, we can stay on top of it with recurring visits that fit real life. That matters when the weather swings from wet to dry, grass grows fast, or a stretch of muddy paw traffic makes the yard feel messier than usual. In this kind of mixed weather and inconsistent cleanup timing pattern, waste gets harder to spot and easier to step in, especially when you are rushing out the door or trying to get the backyard ready for company. Regular service helps keep the mess from building up in the first place.
Recurring cleanup is a simple way to make your yard feel more usable without giving up your Saturday to dog duty. We can handle the routine work so you can spend more time outside with family and friends, footloose and worry-free, instead of scanning the grass before every play session. For many pet parents in the Hanover area, that is the real win, fewer step-in surprises, less odor when the weather warms up, and a cleaner space for the patio, play area, and everyday backyard time. The first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, which makes it easier to get started and see the difference right away.
A homeowner preparing for guests, a family trying to keep up after school, or a commuter coming home to a yard that needs attention all usually want the same thing, a dependable routine that keeps the yard under control. We make scheduling simple and keep the service convenient, so you do not have to think about the mess every few days. If you live in or around Hanover and want a cleaner yard with less hassle, our team is ready to help with reliable Pooper Scooper Service that fits your routine. Reach out today to set up recurring service and give yourself one less thing to clean this week.

The person who takes care of our yard waste from our two dogs is wonderful. Even in winter he is very thorough. If it’s our trash day when he comes, he even brings our trash cans up from the bottom of the drive way for us. Very happy with this person and company overall. Fair prices, great customer service and reliable. Highly recommend.

UPDATE to 2 Star 1/12/24: After reporting only two service issues in five years our service was unexpectedly canceled with 11 days notice over the holidays. This required us to scramble to find a new vendor. Service overall was great as long as you NEVER discuss service issues with them. My advice if you are a happy customer, no matter how minor the service issue, do not EVER discuss it with them or they will just cut you loose without any warning or time to prepare. Best of luck with your other customers while they last! Previous 5 star review: I cannot say enough good things about this company. I manage a large master planned community and we used to have the landscaper service the doggie pots and it didn't always go so well. We used to get complaints monthly. We switched to Poop 911 in October of 2018 and we have yet to receive a single complaint. NOT A ONE! It's picked up on time, every time, and kept clean at the doggie pots. In addition, they go above and beyond service. Just recently they found a mess in one of our common areas left over from the Fourth of July, and went ahead and cleaned it up, then asked if they could bill the extra time it took, and then verified with me again before billing while charging an incredibly reasonable amount for the additional service. This type of above and beyond service makes ME look better as a property manager and that's exactly what I look for in a vendor. I cannot recommend this company enough, you will not be disappointed if you are in need of this type of service! Thank you Don, you are much appreciated!

I started using this service when I was recovering from an injury that prevented me from taking care of it myself. That was almost a year ago, and I’ll never go without them again.

We just had a baby, and house/yard work is so daunting. POOP 911 did our spring cleanup and has visited every 2 weeks to help keep our 2 dogs playing in a clean, poop-free yard, and we haven't had to worry about a thing. We are so thankful for this service!

They show up when they are suppose which is awesome and their team is very respectful. Overall I am pleased with their work, I have had a few instances when I have notice several land mines still in the yard after they cleaned up. Leaving the poo garbage bag next to the garage is alittle careless in my mind. I would think that if they are going thru the effort they would either throw it in the home owners garbage can outside or take it with them to dispose of. Overall I am happy with them and will continue business but see some areas of improvement.
