They were able to come out within a few days, and everything was handled online. Pros: Communication is very good, poop scooping is fantastic, prices are competitive & Employees are very friendly. (We tried a different company & had the opposite experience.) Cons: Website isn’t as user friendly as most sites, so it’s tough to look up account info. without locating an email that has a link to your account & a weekend option isn’t available.
