We have a double yard with 2 very busy dogs. We try to keep them in a specific area however a few times a week they do the zoomies through the full yard. This means Pooh could be anywhere! Feel like a scam especially with all these perfect reviews you see. It says, no contract cancel anytime, but right before a technician came for my service. I got an email about how I had to keep the service for 2 months if I wanted the first service for free which kind of sounds like a contract to me? Then I chose to have my lawn cleaned weekly and the next week came nobody showed up. Try calling the number. Nobody answers or returns my calls and my account says somebody is supposed to come 2 weeks after my first visit.

This service was great until it was terrible. They didn't send someone for over a week and a half so I hired a new company. Now I keep getting text messages that they are sending someone even though I've call and emailed them over 10 times to cancel their service. This is such a scam. No one answers the phone and no one replies to emails. They just keep charing my card. Fix this owners.

Update: I've been using them for a lil while now, still loving them! Very professional I signed up 2 weeks ago and I'm loving it so far, they inform u when on their way and they clean up good. I hands down recommend POOP 911 Chicago!! My yard was not pretty once the snow all melted and there was quite a lot to clean up and POOP 911 came out and cleaned it all up! I felt terrible bc I definitely slacked this winter picking up my dogs mess myself and offered to pay more bc of that and they told me don’t worry about it.
