We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
When the yard is part of daily life, pet waste piles up faster than most people expect, especially in a small, active village where families are in and out, kids want to play, and dogs get plenty of repeat trips outside. POOP 911 in Harwood Hts, Illinois is locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, so we understand the difference between a yard that looks okay from the back door and one that is actually ready for barefoot time, kids on the grass, and guests on the patio.
Harwood Heights has the kind of everyday movement that makes routine cleanup easier to appreciate. The village notes easy access to I-90, the CTA Blue Line, and local routes along main streets, and it also runs its own bus service for residents. That kind of go, go, go routine usually means the backyard has to work hard when everyone finally gets home. Our dog poop removal service is built for that reality. We keep the yard cleaner on a schedule, so you do not have to turn weekend time into pickup time before the grill comes out or the kids head back outside.
Harwood Heights also sees the usual suburban yard pressures that come with changing seasons, and the village’s own public works guidance reminds residents about street sweeping, yard waste, and keeping material out of the street. That is a good reminder that cleanup timing matters here. After wet weather, waste can be harder to spot in the grass. After a stretch of warmer days, odor can show up sooner than you want. After the lawn starts growing, little missed spots can disappear fast. We help pet parents stay ahead of that mess before it turns into a bigger chore.
Families in this area often want the same simple thing, a backyard that is ready when they are. Maybe you are heading out past Harlem Avenue and Lawrence Avenue for errands, or maybe you are getting home after a full day and want to let the dog out without scanning the lawn first. Recurring service keeps the high-use spots cleaner, including the side yard, fence line, and the areas pets prefer over and over again. That means fewer step-in surprises, less odor, and more usable space for play time.
We also make the service easy to live with. We can keep you on a recurring schedule that matches how your household actually uses the yard, weekly or whatever rhythm makes sense for your dogs and your routine. The first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, so you can get started with a fresh yard and then keep it that way without adding another chore to your list. It is a convenient, reliable way to protect the part of the yard your family uses most.
If you want a cleaner grass area, a more comfortable patio, and fewer chores waiting for you on the weekend, we are ready to help. Reach out to POOP 911 in Harwood Hts, Illinois and set up recurring service today, so your family can spend more time outside, footloose and worry-free.

Great service with friendly people. The techs are definitely animal lovers. If the tech can't make it for some reason, most of the time the company will email you with an apology and the make up date.

Poop 911 is a time saver ! We have 2 dogs and a big yard.. I also have lower back problems which makes it hard for me to clean up the dog mess especially in the winter :/ I’ve been using poop 911 services for over a year now and I’m happy with their service!! The fact that they come out and pick up dog poop in the winter is awesome so I don’t have to worry about “land mines “ in the spring!

Being handicapped Poop911 has really become a blessing. They can clean the yard better and faster than I ever could and are extremely reasonable. I have recommended them to many others who have hired them. I highly advise taking advantage of their services.

I wish they'd come at close to same time, so we know when to let the dogs out, keep in etc. Fort the most part he does a great job, however there have been times where he seems to miss patches here & there. We are happy overall with the service! Thank you, April DiCosola

Great service. I was home one day and my dogs were outside and I noticed someone out in my yard playing with my dogs. He was petting and playing with them. Very nice to know they are friendly with the dogs.

Excellent job. After a long winter we needed a spring clean up badly. We have 2 large dogs and it was worth every penny we paid. We are still considering if the weekly service is in our budget and if it is then you will have a repeat customer.

I have been using Poop 911 for about six years. With two dogs and a busy job, it’s hard to find time for general yard maintenance. They are extremely thorough and always show up. I highly recommend!

I signed up for the service after I took in 2 dogs for a year in addition to my own 2 dogs. The price was reasonable and the service efficient no matter the weather. I’ve since stopped fostering those 2 extra dogs but decided to keep the service. I highly recommend them.

I have 2 dogs & the crew at poop911 has been picking up their poop for years. It’s poop. I’d rather not have to pick it up. I’m glad the service exists. They are also nice to my dogs which I appreciate.
