I receive emails to confirm my appointment and text messages. Lately there must be a high turnover because my normal Friday appointment is never at the same time. The team member always has challenges getting the gate open where as before it was never an issue. Overall I am still happier with their services vs the previous company. I used to use Turdminators and they would never show up or communicate. Since I switched to Poop911 my yard is clean!!

Desperately needed a doggie yard cleanup after winter. It was quite easy to schedule an appointment. Shout out to David, who did a great job clearing the yard! We are now using the weekly service and I am so happy. The one yard job that routinely got pushed to the bottom of the “to do list”.

Our first clean up was great. The second visit, no one showed. I was promised they would come the following Saturday before Easter. They came and only spend 15 minutes when normally it takes over an hour. Easter morning we went out to pick up a few piles from overnight (we have 3 dogs) and the entire back half of our yard was not done. We had almost 2 bags of poop and 20 guests coming for Easter. They refused to refund the charge, said missing piles was unavoidable. We will never use them again.

They came out as scheduled, was surprised they never came to the door and announce they where going in the backyard, not a huge deal but would have been nice. They do pick up most of the poop, but there where a few they missed along with anything that's not sitting on top of the grass, such as if a dog stepped in a pile and it got smashed it seems like they pass over it. This was wk one, so we'll see how next wk goes and then determine if we will continue service or move on. Will update after next wk....

The lady that came did an awesome job ( she gets 5 stars) my yard looked great when she was done.. my first time using and I like it. One thing I think could be improved would be the communication.. an ETA of what time the person is coming would be great( not her fault ) she showed up at 430pm which I don’t have a problem with but I called the customer service line and no one answered or called me back. Also the deodorizer was cancelled with out even telling me since it was out of stock.
